A plucky group of American kids makes Olympic history as the U.S. women’s soccer team uses the national anthem make a political statement, and then disgraces themselves on the field of play as well. Bill Whittle says the team has delighted America by losing.

We were rooting for the French backetball team becasue they are more pro-USA than the American team. Let that sink in.
Most of the members of this team were losers long before the Olympics.
I just prefer to call her Megan Nappihoe.
Megan Rap of the pink-purple hair is an extremely unhappy, hateful person. All one needs do is look at her to see this. She is also loud and boorish, and has far too much sway over the American team and world soccer in general.
Bill called her Meghan Rap-a-hoe! And I love it!
Does that make me a bad person?
Go back and listen to the episode where he got Brian Stelter’s name wrong about a dozen times. Scott was going to correct him, but then got a very “Forget it, he’s rolling” look. Bill call him pretty much everything except Stelter.
Though I think he threw out Brian Setzer at one time and that just mean to a pretty darn good guitarist.
The best part is I am sure he is not doing it on purpose, just doesn’t actually know their names. And they think they are incredibly famous and relevant.
I just wish Bill would have called him Tater just once!
I feel as if there are lots of people like me that are are avid sports fans who feel sick to their stomachs watching ESPN and the major networks. Sports broadcasting is so nauseatingly, cloyingly “sensitive” to the false narratives of the Left that sports is almost unwatchable.
There was a time in this nation when we ignored whining pussies when we weren’t outright laughing at them and holding up their shame to richly deserved ridicule. There were other problems back then but few as predictably ruinous as coddling the whims of the weakest character-flawed, developmentally truncated, emotionally puerile social outliers.
The whining pussies have found a voice, this has taken society unawares. Before if they tried to whine at a high volume, the media ignored them as enthusiastically as the individual would. Now a comparatively few voices are driving society to destruction because they’ve discovered a venue where they are not only heard, they coagulate with other loathsome slime which amplifies their whining even more.
It takes time for this sort of retrograde social phenomena to die out once it gets a foothold. At first people try to be nice, try to understand and help those who appear to need it. That begins to wear thin when detrimental effects start manifesting and it becomes clearer and clearer that there’s more to the issue than just being sympathetic and lending a helping hand. This takes a while but when people are actually being personally hurt by such things they will naturally react against them. That snowball is rolling down the mountain right now.
I.E. — The Democrats are rapidly approaching a tipping point. When they support lax voting laws that encourage sapping the integrity of elections, eventually it becomes clear that is what they’re really doing rather than “looking out for the little guy”. I recently saw a survey where well north of 70% of the country wants voter ID laws and other measures to solidify election integrity. A very significant majority of Black people agree. The Democrats can’t back down from their position of opposition to very large majority segments of the population and this is going to come back and bite them in the posterior. This puts them in a place where they have an agenda completely contrary to reality. In order to succeed in that agenda they have to cheat. If we can thwart their cheating for the next few election cycles they are going to lose in a massive way … Or they’ll have to wake up and change their policies. Either way is good for the United States.
There are many more examples of this at the moment. A sports team or group that insults and drives away their fans is simply another. Sports are a big deal to a lot of people (I’m not one of them but I have seen this enthusiasm all my life, it’s undeniable) and that’s a very relevant segment of society to alienate.
Right now our main focus needs to be to do everything possible to counter election fraud, cheating and any other undue influence. If we can hold onto our own voices at the ballot box, as the deleterious effects of the current crisis in social error runs its course and becomes both obvious and harmful we will be in a position to right the ship. The key right now is to not lose elections to cheating. Clearly from the survey I mentioned above, the bulk of the American vox populi is with us. So try not to lose sight of the bigger picture.
The internet is a completely new thing as far as social influences go. It’s never been done before in the history of mankind and it is having a huge social impact in unforeseen ways. Those ways can work for both good and evil. Evil has a tendency to rapidly find and exploit weaknesses, good has a tendency to lag behind. Evil is experienced in overcoming inertia, good is more vulnerable to social inertia. It took America a while to see and react to the threats of WWII, the Cold War, etc. But we did and when we did we won. As long as we still call the shots in the long run we will eventually recognize an existential threat and counter it properly.
That doesn’t mean good is going to lose, it just means that good is slower out of the starting block.
At the moment the whining pussies are winning but their winning streak also contains the seeds of their own eventual destruction. This is having the effect of, as Admiral Yamamoto put it, “Awakening a sleeping giant …”. If voting integrity can be recaptured the giant will arise. If not, his feet will be cut from beneath him before he can stand up.
ACTS, quite a few inspiring or other high quality phrases in your reply:
“predictably ruinous as coddling the whims of the weakest character-flawed, developmentally truncated, emotionally puerile social outliers.”
“they coagulate with other loathsome slime “
“this sort of retrograde social phenomena”
“This puts them in a place where they have an agenda completely contrary to reality. In order to succeed in that agenda they have to cheat. If we can thwart their cheating for the next few election cycles they are going to lose in a massive way “
“our main focus needs to be to do everything possible to counter election fraud, cheating and any other undue influence. If we can hold onto our own voices at the ballot box, as the deleterious effects of the current crisis in social error runs its course and becomes both obvious and harmful we
will[may be or should] be in a position to right the ship. ““The internet is a completely new thing as far as social influences go. It’s never been done before in the history of mankind and it is having a huge social impact in unforeseen ways. Those ways can work for both good and evil.”
Thanks again for those.
The only way the left will lose their arrogance is with reality slapping it out of them.
Or as I like to say, “It will be a great day in America and an equally horrible day when Leftists come to hate the people who want to murder them as much as they hate Conservatives”
You know there’s well over 80,000,000 users on Rumble, and a growing number of them refuse to watch anything via BlueTube. Obviously, I’m one of them.
As I’ve said before, I wouldn’t expect any content providers to stop uploading to BlueTube, but I have made a decision to only support such providers if they at least use Rumble equally. How can we win this war against free speech if we are merely lukewarm? Personally, I can deal with a little inconvenience, when my rights are being infringed on.
And btw…this website is still blocking my comments when I use my VPN…that’s also a deal breaker.
I’m using a vpn and as you can see my comment was successful.
Sorry, replied to wrong post.
Have you ever gotten an “email address invalid” warning here?
Yes, that happens when I am logged in from multiple devices. I usually find that one of my devices has actually been logged out. Also happens when I am logged in through work VPN and it crashes for any of the multitude of reasons it crashed each week.
I don’t use any other devices to log on…only via one PC. This problem’s been going on since I first signed up. Scott thought he fixed it, but apparently not.
I haven’t commented here in a while, but it was fine the last time I commented. The web host keeps flagging my account for some reason. Sometimes I could comment with my VPN active…but not today.
I was so freaking happy when those harpies lost to Sweden.
The schadenfreude is delicious and in their case richly deserved.
The 1980 & 2021 Olympics aren’t as different as everyone thinks. In both cases real Americans were united against Marxist scum.
Miracle on Ice versus Miracle over Dykes?
I couldn’t shake out of the apathy I have towards woke sports enough to actually cheer their loss. I just don’t care enough about them to feel anything for them.
Same here. Didn’t know if they won or lost, don’t care. I’m not much of a “sports fan” anyway and I wasn’t at all surprised when the wokenistas started ruining sports for the own fans. Why should sports be any different than television, cinema, the news media and literature?
One has to wonder how awkward dinner will be when Megan Rapinoe’s fiance, Sue Bird, bears the flag during the opening ceremony. . .
Right on Bill!! I may start watching the Olympics too!
My understanding is that the photo Bill references is an old one and that all of the women kneeled before said game.
