Already email Bill and Shelley about the Right Angle Format

Got up way too early this morning and saw the RA post (awesome close by Scott Ott!!) and emailed Shelley.

Allow for the time difference for Bill to change it.

Thanks Ron. It’s fixed. Ever since we updated all of the WordPress plug-ins a few weeks ago the posting mechanism has been a little wonky. Inside of WordPress we use a plug-in called ‘Elementor,’ which handles the formatting. Normally we would upload the title, tagline, photo and category, save the page as a draft, then go into Elementor to format the description, Rumble and Soundcloud embeds. The ‘Save as Draft’ has twice now munched the formatting. When I send out the batch member emails I do a test email first, in order to make sure the files are playing and the descriptions are correct. I do this every time, but what I need to also include now is the bottom element which includes the comments plug-in and which is below the page without scrolling down to check it.

No problem, Bill. If this is the worst that happens in my day, I will consider that a victory.

Good, I was considering saying something about that and saw your post here.

I make enough mistakes with this kind of stuff that I’m pretty tolerant of mistakes other people make. If I say something here I’m trying to be helpful and hope I’m not coming off as critical.

I just got fired from some webwork I’ve been handling for years. I wanted to do things one way because I know that works best, the owner wanted something else that I don’t think will work as good. That company was owned by a family member and as I’m semi-retired I only work for family, close friends and clients I’ve had for years who don’t trust anyone else. That family member sold the business and the issue was with the new owners, whom I don’t care if I keep and actually would rather not. So no loss there.
