Since H.R. 1 has no chance of passing in the Senate, Biden’s handlers have issued an executive order ensuring that the U.S. never has another legitimate election. If a president (legitimate or not) can just sign executive orders making laws out of thin air there is no need to ever use Congress for lawmaking.
Should the courts allow this EO to stand, this could be the final nail in the coffin for our republic.
At what point do we reach the level of grievances our founding fathers revolted over? Seriously.

I’ve been giving this some thought, too. What’s our breaking point? It seems like we’ve lost the legislative, had the executive stolen, and the judicial branch now seems complicit.
If we have no control over the entire Federal government, what then? We used to say we’re heading toward the edge of a cliff, and the only thing the Republicans were willing to do is slow down slightly. Well, we’re off the cliff and currently plunging toward the bottom, heading to disappear in a Wile E. Coyote-esque puff of dust.
I think we have exactly two chances to save America. In two years, we have to flip Congress. These octogenarian power-mad tyrants have to GO. Our other chance is in four years, to take back the presidency. If that doesn’t happen, I’m afraid it will be zero hour–fields of liberty watered and all that. I don’t know if it will look like a revolution or a civil war. I do think that in four years the toxicity of the left will be unrecoverable otherwise.
We live in “interesting times.”
I think at this pace we’ll be too far gone in 2 years, much less 4.
We have to all stand up and start at our state/local level.
The election happens in the states. The way the state runs it. If they do the job well and according to the constitution + applicable laws, all will be well. And if they don’t, as we could observe recently, you get the mess. Biden’s orders are irrelevant in this respect and divert the attention from the root of the problems.
Yep, already working on a letter to both my Senators and my congressman.
Senators probably like it but I am going to appeal to the if the other guy did this would you like it and the blatant un-constitutionality of it.
