BillWhittle.com Launches: No More Funky URL

This morning, we moved the beta site to the official BillWhittle.com URL. Like most things in life, it was great…and caused some unexpected challenges.

You may have seen one of those if you tried to go to the funky, long URL we’ve been using in beta testing. The site is secure, but the SSL certificate moved to BillWhittle.com, and does not apply to the old URL.

I apologize for any confusion this caused.

I just sent out a simple email to many of our Members with the new link.

So, those of you who have been here will get a chance to welcome your fellow liberty-lovers. Show them around, send a private message or two, teach them to blog and comment.

You have been an inspiring example to me, and I’m grateful for all of your help.

Change over was pretty seamless. Password updates and such. You are going to get everything out of the archive from the original site? For Instance, I was looking for the Shards post in “Commentary” IIRC, on the new site, it’s only indexing the associated TSL episode in a search.
As ever, Thanks Again.
Tim

I apologize for the Chicken Little emails I sent you guys. I’m glad things worked out, and it wasn’t more serious.

Thank you for bringing the Members back into the forefront. It’s more appreciated than you know.
