This is an update on the “Charges of Treason (Draft)” post of December 17.
I am overwhelmed by the response from you all. It has been 100% positive, telling me we are all on the same page. Dale Miller is the last name I will add to this ‘Draft’ version. The idea, of course, is to take it beyond the Bill Whittle bubble and go live with it. “Make it real,” as Kurt Wullenweber puts it.
1) Funding
I’ll copy-paste Kurt’s full comment here, as I think this is the central issue at the moment; and he words it better than I can:
“It has to have funding. Make it real and put a fee on signing up as plaintiff.
How many could you get at $1000.00? How many at $100? I think $100 million in legal fees would put together something that could not be ignored.
Make it real. I’ll sign on at either fee.”
He adds: “Yes. Time for talk is well past.” and “If we could get 1% of trump voters….”
I’m not rich, but I will put in $100 to kick it off. Should we establish a minimum? $10.00? What do you think?
Then there’s the matter of managing the fund. Ideas?
2) Proof and evidence.
Sidney Powell, Rudy Giuliani, Lin Wood claim to have the evidence. My opinion is that it all needs to be published if we are to be taken seriously. I have written Sidney Powell and Lin Wood; but, of coarse they’re both swamped. I don’t expect a reply right away. Any ideas on facilitating their cooperation?
3) Petition Formats
There are a couple of petition formats on line. Change.org, Care2 are a couple. Anyone here have experience with petitions?
4) Edits?
I tried to make the ‘Charges of Treason’ statement clear, simple and ‘to the point’. See any problems with it?
Clearly I have bitten off more than I can chew here. I think it will take the group effort to get it right…and get it out. It would be nice to have the support of our hosts here at BW.com. I have sent Bill a note but it is too early to expect a reply. (So far I have not mentioned them in any outside correspondence.)
So. That’s it for now. Again, thank you all. It would be awesome if we could pull this off. I’ll bet there are millions of patriots who would love to put these traitors away for good. I think it is pretty obvious, by now, that no one in the government is gong to do it. It’s us or nothing.

My only question would be, if Trumps team and others have made these lawsuits and most of the states are refusing to hear them or listen and then dismiss, then how can We the People get a lawsuit through the judicial system that is partially/mostly corrupt and not abiding by the Constitution of the country or their individual state?
Would it be different because we’re not trying to overturn an election that was meant to get rid of “orange man” at any cost?
I suppose I’m not understanding how to rely on a judicial system that has shown over the last 6 weeks or so that it isn’t upholding local, county, state or federal law?
Do we believe these courts will actually take a case of treason for their “co-conspirators”? Treason is best served by Courts Martial IF it were used.
