Here’s some info on a fun “first time in space” event that might not make it into the headlines:
I’d never considered the effect of no gravity on heat transfer, but I guess that would make a pretty big difference. As would not being to just stick your cookies on to the baking sheet and have them reliable stay in place! No drop-biscuits in space, I guess.
