China is already having economic problems because of the Whu-Flu and those problems may have a serious effect on both the US economy as well as the health of Americans. Left unchecked both can have a major effect on the election.
Seems to me now is the time to implement procedures that will isolate the economy as near as possible from the effects of the Chinese disaster and guard the health of of US citizens.
