The majority of lynching’s in Kentucky were white men 1.5 to 1 with black men. The image is of a crowd looking at a lynched man he uses is not the lynching. That was hours before. Probably in the night. This is just people coming to see. Its probably not a Kentucky lynching.

Yep, I’ve been saying what Bill’s saying about “the talk” for years – and you WILL get shouted down. But the solution to the problem is cultural, and white people can’t do a thing about it.
As long as what is presented and perpetuated and held up as “black culture” is perpetuated, we’re going to end up producing the same result. A generation … ONE generation, maybe two, but I’d bet one … of black kids growing up knowing how to properly behave with the police would change the dynamic completely. And I would be willing to bet that MOST black adults are not down with the seedier bits of what passes for black culture. ACTUAL black culture … that is the values that most of them have … run counter to it. Black moms DON’T want their kids go grow up to be gang members. It’s NOT cool to THEM.
But they (the Democrats) don’t want that. Because division is their game.
So my question is did this guy put the noose around his neck himself and if so then who’s he talking about being lynched by? But this ad epitomizes everything about the democrat party, they always hang themselves
A reason to be against an anti-lynching bill is similar to why some of the founder were against the Bill of Rights.
If we explicitly outlaw some particular method of killing, then some people will misconstrue that to mean, if there isn’t a law that prohibits some other particular form of killing, then it must be ok. This is why it is better not to attempt to enumerate or specify particular forms and simply outlaw murder, whatever the method.
Charles Booker, the Democratic nominee for U.S. Senate from Kentucky, is sick. He has a social disease. That disease is mental issue and it’s contagious. It only infects stupid people, but remember that stupid people don’t know they’re stupid and they have exactly the same vote as a smart person does.
This social disease is binary, it has two distinct components. One component is an irredeemable lust for personal power over others. The other component is seeded, nurtured and exploited by the first component.
Hitler did exactly this same thing — different players and different theme but identical tactics — when he convinced the German people that Aryans were both superior to all others and at the same time the downtrodden victims of a specific group. In the world of Adolf Hitler it was the Jews accused of doing the oppressing through shadowy economic manipulation. In the world of Charles Booker it’s “whitey” and when he says “white people” he means it with exactly the same derision and acrimony as any Nazi would say “Jew” …
… Because he’s exploiting racial asymmetry to gain personal power over others. It’s a tried and true formula to gain power.
Nevermind that doing that sort of thing is evil and that it contains the seeds of its own destruction from inception. Nevermind that the bloodiest, dirtiest, most destructive war in history, a war that culminated in thermonuclear devices being detonated over large population centers — Was what it took to bring down the evil generated from that sort of ideology.
Charles Booker and his ilk in the Democrat Party don’t care about all that filthy, messy history nonsense. They see an avenue to power and they’re leaping at it. Because their morals are so corrupt due to the social disease they carry that they don’t care about anything but their own unfettered, unquenchable ambition.
The German people knew that the Jews were not oppressing them. They knew that their Jewish doctors, lawyers and shop owners were not stealing their children so as to have fresh Christian blood to mix into matzo balls on Hanukkah. They knew that it wasn’t Jews who tanked their economy and caused runaway inflation to the point where a wheelbarrow full of cash wouldn’t buy a loaf of bread. They knew that the Jews were not the authors of their distress. And they were in genuine distress because their real leaders had destroyed their economy. Kids were starving even though their fathers worked every minute of every day that would pay a wage.
Adolf Hitler exploited the German people in exactly the same way Democrats are attempting to exploit the American people today. Thus …
Charles Booker and his ilk know that there is no longer any such thing as institutional racism in America.
They know the reason black people get shot by cops more often than any other ethnic group is because they do the things that are guaranteed to get them shot.
They know the reason black people do those things that get them shot is because they’re taught that if they don’t fight, run, reach under the seat or whatever then they’re “not really black” and thus shamed intolerably by those whose regard they value most. This causes them to in a very real sense become human sacrifices on the altar of Democrat Leftism.
They know the reason black kids, especially boys, have tragic lives is because their own fathers are not only encouraged but bribed by a social welfare system to abandon their own roles as fathers.
They know that drugs are an easy and cheap, often even profitable way to bring that abandonment about.
They know that if they ever lose their grip on the votes of the black population in the United States their party will never, ever hold power here again.
They are scared spitless and witless of any sort of economic prosperity that undermines or eliminates their financial hold over those huge voting plantations. (Donald Trump and Co. knew this and four more years of his administration would have proven it while destroying the Democrat black vote. He had to go.)
This isn’t a “conspiracy” any more than Hitler and his Brown Shirts were a conspiracy. It’s not a hidden agenda, it’s out in the open for anyone to see as long as they have the wisdom to look at it squarely.
Like Hitler and his thugs, this is perpetrated on society by a comparatively small group of people, many of whom are working together in some sort of loose agreement but each group hoping to come out on top when the dust settles. It’s dog eat rat eat dog with these people, just as it was with the Nazis.
They will use and manipulate anyone with exactly the same alacrity and glee they will denounce them when their usefulness has expired. Joe Biden’s about to find that out because the November elections are going to be a political bloodbath.
The parallels to other similar situations are unmistakable. I’m using Hitler and the Nazis because it’s the most pronounced obvious recent historical lesson but there are many instances of an “in group” demonizing and attacking an “out group” for purposes of political gain. I’m aware that accusations of Nazism are as trite, diluted and impotent as the Left calling everyone a “racist”. I’m not calling the Left “Nazis” I’m pointing out that they’re using the same tactics that were historically successful for the Nazis.
The in group/out group thing is a common denominator in human sociology and probably always will be to some degree. It is natural for human beings to gravitate towards the known and familiar and be leery of the unknown and unfamiliar. This creates a positive feedback loop inside both groups. The in group feels justified because the out group exhibited the behavior anticipated, the out group’s behavior is a reaction to the treatment from the in group. It doesn’t really matter who is in which group, it works the same across the spectrum of human society because this was, and still is to some degree a survival trait.
You’re more comfortable in the group you know and belong to. That’s natural because it is the result of everyone in your group having if not your best interests then best wishes for you as a foundational more. Starting with the nuclear family and moving outwards from there.
I’m an ethnic Dane who grew up in Minnesota around other ethnic Danes. I’m very comfortable in the Danish communities in America, even Solvang, CA which is thousands of miles from where I grew up. I’m a member of that group and they are every one of them white people.
I’m a Marine (long since in the inactive phase of life) and I’m very, very comfortable with that group because I know it well, I belong and I’m always welcomed as I always welcome any other of the group. The Marines are a second home and a second family for me. That group has members of all races, ethnicities and creeds and no one cares. At my annual bonfire there are Marines of all shades and both sexes and we all have a wonderful group time together.
My point is, group membership isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
What Evil does is corrupt this natural social tendency creating something vile to be exploited for its own gain. This is how evil works, it takes something good, or neutral, and warps it into something bad. Evil is masterful at retaining and projecting the previously good connotations while rotting the core out of such things. When you see this exploitation you know you’re dealing with real Evil itself incarnated as a social disease. It doesn’t make it a bit less the work of real Evil if it’s Adolf Hitler or Charles Booker doing it.
I’ll end on a cautionary note. It’s very easy to give Evil its way with this natural and not altogether bad tendency. Guard against it in your Faith, your Nation, your Politics, your Community and your Home. This is something that is always looking for a way to plant itself and grow. If you’re listening to someone, or reading their words, and you can hear the cadence of jackboots goose-stepping across a parade deck, even if you think those jackboots are on your side, you do well to pay very close attention and look for evil trying to take root.

I do hope the good folks of Kentucky will be as repulsed by this vile bit of political theatre as Zo, Bill and all right thinking folks are. Still, in his defence at least Charles “Jussie” Booker used a proper noose…
… but it’s not a proper noose. A real hangman’s noose has thirteen knots, or coils. Charles Booker’s noose only has six. It’s a minor distinction and I realize I’m nitpicking a bit but …
That’s called a “hidden knot”. If it’s done properly you can’t see where the end of the rope is because it’s pulled back down inside the coils. The reason for that is the knot tightens up and locks when the long strand is pulled. This makes it impossible for a hanged man to reach up (assuming he could get his hands free) and pull slack out of the knot.
Hanging with that sort of knot kills in two ways. If done properly (I refuse to use the word “well”, there’s nothing well about being hanged) the victim drops and the neck is snapped because the coils are snugged up against the back of the left ear. If for some reason the victim isn’t killed by having his neck snapped then he will strangle from his own weight bearing on the apex of the noose.
The knot also has the advantage of taking up all the strain in the coils so there’s no one spot on the rope that carries more strain than elsewhere. If a rope is going to fail and break it will do so at that point of maximum strain. This knot has no point of maximum strain, the strain is all distributed equally and that’s why there are 13 coils.
That’s why this kind of noose is used. If you’re going to hang someone you want to be sure it works, will do the job no matter what, and that the rope won’t break. It’s messy trying to hang someone more than once.
I’m very familiar with this sort of knot because it’s also used in a lasso. Modern lassoes have an eyelet woven into the slip. Back before that kind of lasso became common this sort of knot, with six or more coils, was used as the slip. Not the noose created by this knot, the other end of the rope was threaded through that noose and the noose formed the slip. It gives a very good surface to grip and control the rope as it is thrown.
Where I sit now there are at least 3 of those knots within 20 feet of me because they are very useful and handy knots for a lot of reasons having absolutely nothing to do with hanging anyone. I’m just waiting for someone to notice one and comment so I can go through the whole “what a great knot this is” spiel.
Incidentally, I know all this because my father taught me how to tie that knot and how to use it as a slip on a lasso, or if you prefer “lariat”. He also told me to NEVER make that knot with thirteen coils because that’s a hangman’s noose and illegal to possess. I don’t know if that’s true, if it’s illegal to possess or not but it kind of makes sense and I can see why Dad cautioned me against making a genuine hangman’s noose.

I actually knew about the 13 coils… And the fact that the end is tucked in the coil. I’ve actually made one once. Why? To see if I could. Took it apart quickly.
Also just to see if I could, I, a!ong with every male Chemical Engineer trained person I know, built my own still and made white lightening. 183 proof. (91.5% alcohol. Very close to azeotrope. Look it up.) Drank a sip. I knew where every tiny cut or scrape in my mouth was to great effect. Smooth is definitely not the word I would use.
Also, to see if I could, made nitroglycerin. Very small amount. Easy to make, but dangerous if you don’t do it right.
I use that knot all the time, not always as a noose or to make the slip for a noose. It’s a great way to wrap wire or cord around something for repair or reinforcement because when you’re done you just snip the one loose end off and it’s very tidy, neat and permanent. It make an attractive, neat wrap. It’s the kind of thing done with wire wraps on sword grips too, though usually there’s a channel cut in the underlying material (wood in most cases) that hides the ridge the interior perpendicular strands would otherwise make.
To do that, lay a loop on whatever your working material is (pencil, broomhandle, etc.) and at the opposite end from the loop apex start your wrap. Wind it tightly around the work and when you get to the loop apex thread the strand you’re wrapping through it. Then pull the other strand protruding from the base of the coils until the loop retracts under the coils.
That makes a super tight, very supportive bind. If I really, really need something to be sturdy I either epoxy the whole coil (if made of wire) or soak it in superglue (if made of fibrous cord) and roll it in corn starch while the glue is still wet. Cornstarch binds with the superglue to make a solid shell that’s very tough and can be sanded and painted. Either way will usually create a mend stronger than the original material.
This is the same exact knot made the same exact way as a hangman’s noose but with a solid object down the middle of the coils.
As for stills and white lightning, I have a small degree of familiarity with that subject myself. It’s one thing to make a still and it’s another thing to make whiskey, the distillation being only the first phase of the process. Real white lightning isn’t strait 180+ proof alcohol. It’s been beaded with water then (sometimes) aged a bit. I’m not going to name any names but I know a few people who are every bit as good at making whiskey as any top end, award winning distillery. They just do it without all the red tape and their product, though illegal as hell, is marvelous.
You do want to be careful with that stuff, it’s best to know and trust the person making it and not just drink any ol’ shine that you come across. Some of it can make you pretty sick or even kill you. If the heads aren’t discarded in the batch run the shine will contain methyl alcohol and that’s not a good thing for a human to consume.
My experience with nitroglycerine is limited to the intentional destruction by demolition of old dynamite. Most people don’t realize that dynamite hasn’t been used for ages and is just a mixture of nitroglycerine and a stabilizer like clay or sawdust (sometimes both). The last time I saw dynamite was more than 30 years ago. It was sitting on a shelf in a barn belonging to one of my uncles. It had sagged and sweat. I offered to dispose of it safely for him and he gratefully took me up on the offer.
I blew it in place in the middle of a pasture, it wasn’t safe to use it for accomplishing any sort of work. That involves setting and tamping a charge and tamping was something I was absolutely not going to attempt with that old weepy dynamite.

Gun cotton can be a bit touchy and for TNT you need a primary like PETN. Thermite can be some darned handy stuff when the application calls for it too.
Of course we’re talking about theoreticals here. None of that stuff is anything you want to have sitting around in the garage or basement.
Yep sci-fi and fantasy reader and have read “Lucifers Hammer”. The same guy who did the thermite was a bit of a “prepper”. He once said he dreaded ” the collapse” and having to fight in The stores for aspirin. I told him to grab vinegar and Compound W. You can make aspirin with those, and have ether left over too. ( at least used to have ether. Only grab the liquid though.,) At that point, he said when the collapse happened, he would come get me.

Most of the Chem Eng I knew at school claimed that they “had to make a still” as part of a class project. The guys who grew up in Franklin County and were in Ag or Ag Econ did it better; they all had great grand-pappy’s recipes.
The Chem Es I knew said the same thing about it being a class project. Nope. Not in the college I was in. Wonderful excuse, but I admitted it freely.
Funnily enough, my uncle taught me to tie a noose with nine coils. When he thought I’d need to tie one I shudder to think. By the late 19th century British hangmen had stopped using knots in favour of a metal eye spliced into the end of the rope. As seen in the fantastic film about Albert Pierrepoint, the last and greatest English hangman. Pierrepoint: The Last Hangman, 2006.
I hadn’t thought about this but I guess there are cultural differences between us, between the British Isles and the American Old West that would influence something as personal as how a man is hanged.
In Iran and such places they just use a wire rope, or steel cable, with an eye braided into the end for a slip to make a noose, then hoist the victim up with a crane. In public. So he strangles to death rather than the merciful quick action of having his neck snapped and stretched.
So … Yeah, cultural differences and I should have thought of that. Sometimes it’s too easy to think of other people as being “like us Americans”, especially when we share a (mostly) common language. I don’t usually make that mistake because I’ve been around a bit. That I did is the exception that proves the rule.

We know there have been politicians who have switched parties. Reagan was one. But I have asked liberals, can you name even one politician who has essentially said that he will stay with the party he’s always been in, but change is position on issues to those of the other party. Of course it never happened but Democrats want us to think that it not only did, but that virtually all politicians of both parties did the same thing at about the same time!
The only think that changed was the Democrats’ tactics . After the CRA of 64, they could see that the whole country was moving away from racism. So they tried to blame the Republicans and re-brand themselves as the “friends” of blacks. This was by giving them stuff to buy their votes and make them dependent on the Democrats.
Bill those murder pits you mentioned are part of the tools the democrats use to point at and say; see out-of-control gun violence in the cities, there are not enough laws or it’s easier to buy guns than drugs. They will do nothing to fix that problem until they achieve the ultimate goal of taking the guns away from all law-abiding citizens then…lookout, any teenage male acting strangely, will be put away for lengthy retraining asylum the schools will look like Fort Knox, the cops will walk the streets 24/7 of all the major democrat cities frisking every black man or shady white guy they see, it will be amazing gramma will safely walk the streets of the ghetto again! Then Biden or Harris will proudly say SEE I TOLD YOU SO, and we had to do was get rid of thoughts damn guns meanwhile, in the burbs, murders, robberies, rapes, and home break-ins will go wild. but we won’t know about it because our MSM will not cover it.
Bill, telling the truth in your “controversial” statement that more whites are killed by blacks in the space of a couple of years than were lynched in the USA will make nearly everyone gasp and clutch their pearls.
Blacks know this to be true, though. As a youth, I was at Braves stadium watching them play the Mets. The game went into extra innings and the buses had stopped running. Both parents worked, I didn’t want to bother them, so I decided to walk the seven miles home. As I went through the Moreland Avenue area, since gentrified but then desperately poor and black, I encountered many people. Half of them said “Man, you shouldn’t be here” and half were quite threatening. I ducked into a service station and called home. My black friends walking through lily white Druid Hills had no such concern.
It’s amusing to remember that Stone Mountain, a place where the Klan used to burn crosses to threaten blacks in Atlanta below is now a majority black community that uses the park for family BBQs and green space.
The last lynching that I remember, and it was just as horrifying as one could imagine, was the Anita Hill – fueled embarrassment confirmation hearing of Clarence Thomas.
… and true to both historicity and current form, also perpetrated by Democrats.
And perhaps almost as bad, the confirmation hearings for Brett Kavanaugh.
For the Thomas hearings, there was always the small possibility that “yeah, maybe it actually happened, but it is a he said – she said situation” and so you made your judgement call accordingly.
For the Kavanaugh case, the accusations were absurd on their face and yet “both sides” treated them “tenderly” and even “semi-credibly”, as not wanting to declare the accuser a nitwit, a demented/ deranged person, or an out and out liar.
She did not help the more reasonable “believe most women most of the time” narrative at all. And of course the whole episode showed the Dem’s total hypocrisy.
There were already laws against it when it was happening and that didn’t stop the Democrats from doing it then.
