I totally agree with you. But again I have a question for everyone reading this blog what exactly should we do practically not just in theory?

This will no doubt end up at the Supreme Court, and I think they are more afraid of the Marxist Left (who will freely riot, loot, burn, threaten, intimidate, hurt or kill innocent people and police), than they are afraid of Conservatives (who will complain mightily on social media, including the use of strong language). We are toast.

So if you’re correct, as I sadly suspect you are, then what are we to do? Specifically. Should conservatives move en masse to Texas? Or Idaho? Or outside the dying American empire that we so dearly cherish? Or at what point do we drop our passivity and decide to try to actively protect ourselves against these monsters?

As far as Scott’s question about: if it’s true that there was massive Democratic voter fraud, why did so many Republicans win downstream? Here’s a theory. We KNOW that many of the Republicans (RINOs) have hated Trump and wanted him gone. Maybe whoever organized this fraud network (somebody definitely did) made a deal with certain RINO Republicans that they wouldn’t tamper with THEIR elections as long as those R’s agreed not to defend Trump when this whole thing was contested… which they knew it would be. Remember the state parliaments in these disputed states are all Republican facing off against leftist city councilors, mayors, bureaucrats, etc. The staff in the middle will not fanatically go for Biden or Trump if there are poll watchers standing there. Investigations and charges on other staff for for obvious offenses get them following the letter of the rules and the state governments set clear rules on mail in votes. As President of the United States of America for the next three months at least, Donald Trump has no actual choice but to challenge and investigate the results of the election, if he has evidence of even just a single case of voter fraud, as he has taken an oath that he must uphold the Constitution and the institutions that it creates, the vote being one. Joe Biden and the Demorats should welcome such an investigation, as without it the legitimacy of their administration and hold on power will always be in doubt and questioned, without proper resolution of this issue. There is far more than enough evidence of suspicious activities and outcomes already on the table, to call for a deep and thorough investigation of the whole election process.
This does not even begin to address the blatant bias of the information sources that the American people rely on to be able to make informed decisions, which also needs to be investigated and brought to account for their manipulations.
What also needs to be deeply investigated is who spent how much money, and where that money went, into this election process. Certainly 34 billion dollars from a single source, if that’s true, would buy an awful lot of something …. corruption perhaps, somewhere within the system, or would be expected to at the very least!
As Bill has said … this is a hill that we must be willing to fight to the last defending, for if we don’t, Conservatives will never win another major election again!!!

Different Perspective from voting in two countries.
I’m a naturalized citizen from India and have voted there before. First time I’ve voted in 2018 in Mount Vernon city in NY, just next to Bronx. When I entered in to the polling station bunch of people sitting there asked my name and address, so they gave me a book and asked me to sign next to my name. When I signed they gave me a ballot to vote. I’m surprised as nobody verified my ID, there is no proof that says I’m who I stated.
As that is the first time I asked for some help. A lady came by and told me to fill the circles next to democrat party from top to bottom. (Surprise!!)
Now compare this with India, largest democracy. When you enter a polling station, at least 2-3 layers of security people check your voter ID. After that in the station, there will be a representative from every party, who has to positively identify you that it is really you. If there is a dispute an election official will verify the ID’s again and decide the case there. Then they will put indelible ink on your left index finger (idea being, it will take at least 4-5 days for it to disappear, so that you won’t vote anywhere else).
Compared to that the elections are joke in USA. I did not witness any fraud myself, but if you ask me if they are trustworthy to a reasonable degree, answer is no. When you have this much contested elections, especially in big cities where 60% of the state vote percentage stays, just 1% of manipulation can change the numbers dramatically.

I don’t know how long this will be possible once Google realizes people are looking, but if you look up on Google Trends “election fraud punishment,” you’ll see spikes of people searching that phrase back in October. From where? Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Arizona.

Is anyone looking for down-ballot fraud?

Here in the PA-7 congressional district, the results went from an early, big lead, something like 70% – 30%, for the Democrat incumbent (not surprising with less than 5% of the votes counted at that point) to a 54% – 46% lead for the Republican challenger with 85% counted, to now a 51% – 47% (yes, 47) lead for the incumbent with 95% counted (last I checked).

The challenger lost as big a lead as Trump had in PA over the same time period.

I think today (Saturday 11-7) Michigan announced an investigation into its machine software that mis-recorded votes. Of course they were all Rep -> Dem transfers but three counties with three diff systems had the same problem and in one case, it was a Dem clerk that found and reported the problem, so not all hope is lost.

Most people have not read the 110 page Biden maniifesto which will and intends to destroy this country. A friend said she didn’t mind Biden winning if he won fairly. I was stunned and said that I did mind because of the malice he and the left intends for our country. Her ignorance is astounding.

Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell were re-elected … And both of them are from states that Trump carried. The example Scott gives is null and irrelevant. You’d have to look at popular downstream victories by Republicans in states carried by Joe Biden for Scott’s objection to be valid.

I think that, with the proviso that Scott does not actually subscribe to said arguments, Scott should alter his delivery of them. Rather than presenting them as though he actually, sincerely believes them he should say words to the effect of “The argument from the other side would be …” and proceed from that posture rather than one of being a True Believer of leftist BS.

Based on Dr. Steve Turley’s video on “Why Trump Will TRIUMPH in PA and WIN the Election!!!”, looks like the PA Supreme Court screw up when they changed a law passed by PA Legislature in 2019 to allow mail-in ballets which will cause the entire law to allow Mail-in Voting to be voided as it had violated the Constitution. The Constitution specified that the power to enact law on election is delegated to the State Legislatures, but when PA Supreme Court changed the law to allow mail-in ballets to be counted as long as it is post marked on election date it had violated Constitution. Since the law passed by the PA Legislature specified that all mail-in votes need to be received by 8PM on election date and if this is changed in any way the entire law will be void. So two things, if they follow the law passed by the Legislature all mail-in votes needs to received by 8PM election date, but US Supreme Court can potentially throw out the entire mail-in ballets since by the PA Supreme Court’s action it had voided the law to allow mail-in ballets so all mail-in ballets are no longer valid. Can’t wait for this case to go to the US Supreme Court and have Biden’s 1.5 million mail-in votes voided.

According to the Wisconsin state Secretary count, 7 voting precincts in Milwaukee had more votes than registered voters in those precincts. I checked the record, and 3 had 200%, twice the number of votes than registered voters. Additionally, approximately 80 precincts reported over 97% voter turn out with the vote at 80% for Biden. I want someone to go to jail for this!!..not the turnout but the over vote.

The 200% number is probably wrong, but with our same day registration (which is, and has been repeatedly protested, as a vehicle for fraud) you can have higher than 100%. Also, I guess some places were trying to compare this years votes with 2 year ago registration numbers, which lends to the confusion.

Karl, My source is the Milwaukee County Clerk; Wisconsin Secretary of State. If these numbers are wrong, then the entire Milwaukee vote is invalid because these are the reported official numbers. Also, note that somehow, Trump got less than 15 votes in each of 16 wards where the turnout was supposedly over 75%. This has not happened in General elections to my knowledge…ever. We have had same day registration in California and Never got the turnout above 60%. I’m sorry, the numbers don’t lie, People Lie…and this “election” smells to high heaven. I want a REVOTE !!

I would suggest that this corruption got messier than they had planned because they thought they’d have to load in a few hundred or thousand fake votes in a state or two and instead Dem’s had to overload tens or hundreds of thousands of votes. The polls were wrong and the DNC panicked and had to circuit break the counting and rush in piles of new ballots, even though it would leave an evidence trail a mile long. They were already committed and couldn’t turn back, and pulled every professional and amateur lever they could. It’s now up to the media, professional protestors and the DNC lawyers to try to hold on to this ugly “win”.

No one would care if the counters just put in extra hrs to get it done quickly. But you and I know that wasn’t what was going on. So say what was really going on. Some election staff and Democrat party officials gained unsupervised access to the ballots. Then when the supervisors showed up the ballots had been obviously manipulated and the vote totals had been changed drastically toward Biden.

Don’t give them the benifit of the doubt by repeating their obvious lie that they snuck back in to where the ballots are stored in the middle of the night to just do some extra “counting” .

The greatest asset Trump has in contesting the election results is John Durham. If the Russia hoax can be unequivocally exposed as a criminal conspiracy for the public to see, then Trump gains the high ground.

If the votes are still segregated in some fashion, a recount might be worthwhile, eliminating the ones that came it late or have some other dis-qualifier. If they have already put them all in one bin, a recount may not change anything. It would be interesting if they had them segregated and someone did a DNA check and found the same DNA or no DNA on thousands of votes.

The reason you may not see boosts for other Dems on the ticket could be due to people (living or dead) only checking the box for Biden. It’s possible they didn’t feel they had the time to worry about going down the whole ticket. They needed hundreds of thousands of ballots to get in.

That was alleged in one case and my first though was “don’t they have a straight ticket option?” but I guess not all states do. We used to, but I did not see it on mine this year.

Even if Biden wins, this could still be FUN! The Senate won’t declare Biden incompetent and thus make Harris the president. So Biden can swing in the wind for four years babbling incoherently, with a Republican Senate and Supreme Court. It’ll be GREAT!

What if the Senate refuses to confirm ANY cabinet member? What if the Senate refuses to pass ANY legislation (say, until Pelosi is replaced)?

That’s only if we maintain majority in the Senate. Last I saw, races were getting tighter last night but I haven’t checked this morning. If we lost the Presidency (fairly) the Senate majority is vital to hold off radical change for the next couple of years. Whether we win or lose we need to keep the Senate majority.
