Why wouldn’t the left try to sway SCOTUS by leaking the draft majority opinion potentially overturning Roe v. Wade? The true domestic terrorists threatened to riot if SCOTUS heard a case brought by 17 states regarding the 2020 election, and SCOTUS backed off claiming they “didn’t have standing.” Worked then. At least in the fascist left’s minds, why won’t it work now?
