Giuliani and Powell Election Fraud Press Conference

This press conference is very much worth watching. They list tons of evidence and have even more then they can say there. They said they have evidence to flip more than double the votes needed in all the battleground states. They even are gathering tons of evidence in Virginia and think it could be possible to flip Virginia for Trump too but they aren’t positive yet. The issues with the Dominion voting systems are just awful too.

Who the hell told the media that they are the ones that get to decide and pronounce who won this election? The shift of FOX from conservative to communist is maddening and disappointing at the same time.I love GUTFELD and TUCKER, but I can’t watch them any more. It just makes me angry.

Tucker Carlson, amongst others, complained after this press conference that Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani presented “no evidence” of widespread voter fraud. That is a lie.

Affidavits are evidence. They are sworn testimony. They are legally the same as a person testifying live in court. The Trump legal team has hundreds of affidavits so far. A handful of these affidavits are attached to the lawsuits themselves. They are therefore public record. Anyone can access them and read them.

The affidavits that are not public yet are being withheld for the moment for the protection of the individuals who are testifying. Those whose names have been made public have had their lives and their families threatened, as have some of the lawyers working on the case. At least one lawyer has withdrawn and one is in hiding with the protection of U.S. Marshals because of threats to themselves and their families, even their grandchildren.

Second, as Jenna Ellis pointed out several times, the press conference was not intended to present the whole case and all the evidence. That will be done in court. It would be malpractice for them to present the evidence they plan to present in court to the press first.

Further, what Bill has said several times about the timing of some of these events (like stopping the count) across several states at the same time is acknowledged by Giuliani as being itself evidence of a “common scheme.” That’s lawyer-talk for collusion or criminal conspiracy. He seemed confident that he could convince a jury it was real–as he had done as a prosecutor many times.

I’m still a bit fuzzy on if/when the burden will shift to the defendants to prove that they did not cheat. I’m pretty confident that the evidence produced in court will be overwhelming. I’m also confident that the media will continue to willfully misreport it and lie about it.

Is Tucker Carlson feeling the pressure of what has been reported as a precipitous drop in the Fox Network’s ratings since Fox called Arizona as early as they did on Election Night?
I suspect he was always “Excitable”.
He certain has reason to be “excited” now.
I was involved in only one legal proceeding. I learned that the lawyers do a LOT of work behind the scenes that they do not explain in full to even their clients.
That certainly suggests that clients should pay close attention to what their lawyers are doing without doing the equivalent of questioning the plumber’s choice of pipe wrench or fitting.
But is Tucker Carlson the client?
Are we?

Well, at least there was a small summary. I did get to watch this one though, and I have to say that the sheer scale of the fraudulent activity that has gone on is simply eye opening. I can see this entire thing being taken right up to the last minute as the evidence is collected in. What the outcome is, who knows, but America isn’t going to remain the same either way.
