God wins

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths. ~Proverbs 3:5-6

Hey everyone I just wanted to remind everyone that God is in control and his plans are greater than ours. He sees what we can’t.  Existing outside of time and space he sees all possibilities and directs history towards his ends. Just look at your own life and what happened in our country these last few years and you can clearly see God’s influence. Out of what we see as defeat God draws out victory. Out of our Jesus’ death he brings redemption and resurrection for us. 

For example, in my life I had a great apartment with low rent right by Dallas. We got fleas twice last year with a baby on the way. We had to leave and move north. At the same time my wife and I became ill with a severe flu like virus but all tests showed negative for the flu. Fast forward to 2020. Dallas is in lockdown, riots are happening and we and our new baby escaped that by the skin of our teeth. It is also likely we had the corona virus at the end of last year and are now immune before the lockdowns. Out of that seemingly bad circumstance we were delivered from the danger and chaos of where we used to live. 

Here is my political example. The 8 years of Obama. This political disaster weakened us domestically and on the international stage. In 2012 Romney lost and we got in worse shape. But what if that hadn’t happened? Would we have Trump? No. We would be stuck in the gradual cycle of socialist expansion and republican impotence in stopping it. 

I think we had to lose 2008 and 2012. Romney and McCain showed their true colors. They wouldn’t have advanced liberty. They wouldn’t fight for American jobs and stand up to China. It took these seemingly political loses for us to gain Trump and expose the swamp and stand up to China and cultural marxism.

So what’s the point of all this? See above. No matter how this election turns out remember God is in control. If Trump loses and the socialists succeed in cheating this election it is not the end. Trump may have another purpose. He exposed the media and the deep state plain as day. Perhaps he will create the counter media to the mainstream media and Hollywood. He has the money and the will. No Republican billionaire has stepped up to the plate thus far. Fox News is lost and cannot be relied on. 

We still have the Senate to lay down suppressing fire while we retreat and regroup. Our strategy had to be the overthrow of the media and big tech. That much is clear. There won’t be another Trump in 2024. While we have him perhaps he is needed to help set the stage to win without his candidacy. That is my belief.

The last 4 years acted as a lifeboat in this socialist tsunami. It exposed what we’re up against. Perhaps Trump will overcome this and be re-elected. But even if he isn’t, God will prevail and this evil will be defeated.
