Goodbye For Now (Let’s Go Brandon)

Bill Whittle team, it is with a heavy heart that I will have to cancel my subscription for now. I know it’s cliche, but it’s not you, it’s me.

It has nothing to do with the value I am getting from my subscription (I’m actually really happy with what I get for my $10 a month), and I still have my job (for now) and could continue to afford it, but I noticed I have been kind of living paycheck to paycheck with very little going to savings for a while and my job stability being uncertain for a number of reasons (mainly covid policy related and other pin headed ideas from our “president” and his ilk), I need to go away for a while and put what I’m spending here into my savings account. It’s also not JUST my Bill Whittle membership, I’m also dropping the patreon support I give other online content creators and working to drop my cable for a less expensive option and cut costs elsewhere, it’s just hard since my wife and I don’t live with a lot of luxuries (we eat out once or twice a month, and even then it’s cheap food; we don’t go to many movies or concerts or things like that; I don’t buy collectables like I used to; neither of us have expensive daily habits like smoking or starbucks) and we try to buy the cheapest necessities we can (we buy almost everything on clearance, wholesale, outlet, or sale/coupon and consume modestly) while living on just my paycheck.

I hope to be able to come back some time next year if I can get things more stable, because as Zoe was talking about in the latest virtue signal with “conservatives need to put their money behind cultural forces,” I want to do what I can to help those conservative cultural forces, I have to take care of myself and my family first. In the mean time, I promise to put my $10 subscription in savings without touching it unless I’m in desperate financial need. I’m also a conservative content creator myself with a personal friend that makes offensive culture war content that I sometimes help out with (and I use “offensive” in the “opposite of defensive” definition), so I lend my talents to the fight directly as well. I’ll also back a crowd funding project if Bill ever gets Big Bat Project and other creative works off the ground, an ongoing subscription is just too much at the moment.

I’m not surrendering, just retreating and regrouping while fighting the culture war in other ways. Let’s Go Brandon, Let’s Go Brandon, Let’s Go Brandon.
