How about state issued “I’ve already had COVID-19” cards like a concealed weapon permit card?

How about we use every state’s DMV drivers license issuing photo/identity system and send out “I WAS TESTED POSITIVE FOR COVID-19 ON XX/XX/XXXX” cards. two weeks after issuance it’s a “I can go anywhere” card. zero privacy issues (south korea tracking everyone? nope nope nope.). Iowa already has the info on file to print them. Just need to set up a state department of health db to track who had a positive test and when. which they probably already have, just locked down for privacy. since it would be opt in, zero privacy concerns.  hell, I would pay for the test and the card just to avoid the bureaucratic noise I had to try (and fail) to get past to help a customer in a retirement home get his pc back on the wireless network in the building.  if we’re going to be fighting this for months (building access restrictions) we’ve got to get a system set up to qualify who’s safe and who isn’t.
