The recent analysis presented by Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai has been under scrutiny by many well known mathematicians, including one Matt Parker of Stand Up Maths and Numberphiles. According to Matt, Shiva’s claims have severe flaws. One of those being in the selective way in which the graph was calculated, and another in the lack of comparison to Biden’s votes showing the exact same slope. Admittedly, I did not watch the video in its entirety, but one complaint brought up in criticism to Matt’s video is that he didn’t address the outlier district showing the grouping around the center left. I’d say a sampling of districts across the country could illuminate more on who is right.
As much as I want Trump to win, the truth is what it is, and I believe the pursuit of that truth is what is most important. If Matt’s claims can be honestly debunked, great! If Shiva’s claims cannot hold up to scrutiny, than our efforts are better focused elsewhere.
(UPDATE): Dr. Shiva has put out a new video going into detail about his analysis, and responding to his critics.

Looks like the math guy was full of crap after all . . .
I’ve just updated the post with the YouTube link. Twatter and Periscope were slow/crashing on me.
It seems to me that if the vote counting system (Dominion) is tweaked such that, for example, it transfers every 3rd Trump vote to Biden, or worse, uses a more random pattern, you won’t be able to detect that from any statistical analysis of the results. The only way to find out is via an audit trail in the software or UI of the suspect machine, or by re-scanning and re-counting ballots using a known “clean” machine.
The Dominion voting software was known before the election to be specifically designed to steal elections. It has been used in far too many countries for exactly that purpose. It is reported who will win the count is configurable. As an over 50 year software engineer I believe it. What it did is NOT an accident. It was intentional. Only Texas had the courage to reject it on the bases that it was not fit for US elections.
The election officials of the states who used the Dominion software knowingly and willfully wanted to control the count. We the People were not to be allowed to select our representatives in government. They are therefor guilty of treason and should be treated as such. If we had a more robust government, they would be facing a firing squad. As it is, they will be rewarded for their crime and continue without any consequence. It looks like our government is closed for the season. I hope not.
However, hope is not a strategy and wishing is not a tactic. Release the Kraken NOW! This MUST BE STOPPED by any means necessary.
I know. You bleat “how about their rights”. They have abandoned their rights by doing what they did. If the constitution cannot be used to claim protection for our rights, how in the hell can they claim protection for themselves. THEY CAN’T and that is all there is to it. There is only ONE LAW. It is not one law for me and another law for thee.
It is Ballots or Bullets. No matter what, it isn’t going to be pretty.
I don’t disagree that there’s a problem with these machines. Clearly, these “glitches” are anything but. However, we need to make sure that we’re focusing in the right areas. Dr. Shiva’s premise is based on a hypothesis that so far isn’t standing up to scrutiny. Being a software engineer, I’d encourage you to write a program to run the numbers yourself. However, the best way to check is a full audit. Inspect the machines and the software, hand count the ballots, verify signatures, etc. If our elected officials won’t do that, then it clearly is a sign that our Republic will fall.
With Trump losing stronghold states likes Georgia and Arizona, it’s looking more and more like voter fraud is only one part of the story. I think 24-7-365 anti-Trump news coverage, Big Tech (especially Google controlling information by manipulating algorithms), and news suppression played a much bigger than we may have initially anticipated. We only just now found out yesterday that Biden ran a cancer charitable organization that used all of its funding to supplement the charity’s staff salaries (as opposed research, medical equipment, etc). For us to only just now be founding out about proves the extent to which the news media controls information. Fox News being complicit with all of this is icing on the cake. Little wonder that Biden can afford to spend 99% of the campaign trail in the basement.
I was wondering how the curve/line would compare to straight-ticket Democrat voters. I also think it would be instructive not only to compare these to counties in places like Florida and Texas, and even California and Illinois, but also to Obama’s first election, where it seems likely that at least some straight-ticket Republican voters voted for Obama.
Even if this analysis doesn’t turn out to be quite so solid as we hoped, there have got to be other statistical anomalies and impossibilities all over the place.
My husband (arguably one of the “weaponized autism” gentlemen Mr. Whittle has referenced in the past, lol) saw this video yesterday afternoon and stayed up until 2:30 researching, downloading the info, plugging it into spreadsheets, and creating the graphs. He came to bed grumpy because it looks like the guy is right–Dr. Shiva made a statistics error. He’s still cranking the numbers and looking into it, but admits this may not be the smoking gun we’re looking for 🙁
Yep. The data that is missing is what% actually voted party line. One precinct may have voted heavy in party line voting while another may have not. The pool of remaining voters is unknown. There is no reason the non partyline voter is going to ratio the same as the partyline voter. There is so much missing from this.
What i see when i look at what is presented, even with its limitations. Is that the more a pricinct tilts red, the voters that dont vote party line voted anti trump. And inversely the more it tips red the anti trump voter, the voter that would vote red, but not for trump. Would be found in the data presented. What i see is never trump republicans on that graph
