After the 2022 elections, Steve Green was calling for Trump to step down. I think he was directing his ire at the wrong person. The spineless slug that is Mitch McConnell had sabotaged many of Trump’s backed candidates, even going so far as to pull funding from key places like Nevada, Arizona, and Georgia in order to fund the race in Alaska, where the top two candidates were both Republicans. So why did he do that? Because his candidate was about to lose.
One more thing, Steve: almost all of those judges you were thanking Trump for were picked by McConnell himself. They’re big-government, establishment types who don’t like Trump anymore than the Democrats do. The Republican Party needs to clean house if it’s to survive, and the best place to start is with the recent omnibus bill that just past the Senate.
