As a dog owner (4 rescue dogs) this is just getting worse and worse. Biden is supposed to be a dog lover. The dogs are like the soldiers in the sense they had no choice to be there. Indeed, the dogs have ranks. (Normally NCO, and outrank their handlers). They are not people, but are members of the military. And they cannot get out on their own, like people can. Doesn’t surprise me though. Total incompetence.
He’s not a dog lover. His PR team told him he should have a dog.
That doesn’t surprise me either.
