It is a well-known phenomenon within the scientific community that the act of measuring a phenomenon affects the outcome of the phenomenon. If unconscious bias is something to be controlled, there is no way to determine it’s existence without changing it’s fundamental nature. In other words, if you keep harping on me that I have an unconscious bias that predisposes me to racist thoughts and behaviors, then I am going to exhibit an increased number of racist thoughts and behaviors.
As Martin Luther King Jr so famously stated, we need to stop focusing on the color of a man’s skin rather than the quality of his character. Anything else is nothing but racially motivated propagandist b*******.
Now the question remains … since a bullet to the head is not an option, how do we convince the “woke” crowd that their world view is fundamentally flawed?

We count on reality and life to slap them around until they can see the errors in their thinking. More words aren’t going to do it.
