Madonna took a bath in milk that was sprinkled with rose petals, and with her personal piano player in the bathroom with her. And now she’s receiving flack for it. First of all, she’s my age and she looks pretty damn good. Second, this is the Madonna I remember from the 90’s; edgy, a little bit taboo; her videos from that decade were art. I don’t know why she stopped doing those; when the century turned, so did she; her videos went from beautiful masterpieces to kindergarten finger-painting. Third, she’s rich; she’s not hunkering down eating refried beans. People have called this a stunt because baby girl is out of the spotlight and wants attention. But I don’t see it like that; she’s a performer locked in her mansion and she’s bored, so she wanted to entertain us.
