My Letter to My Senator, feel free to use whatever floats your particular boat from this.

Senator Lankford,

I was extremely disappointed reading your constituent email of December 23.  I would like to voice a perspective that seems to have either not occurred to you or your staff, or further state a position that you may have dismissed.

The views that I hear and see on the ground from your constituent base is that the election in just a few jurisdictions in the country during the 2020 selection of presidential electors was flawed.  We have seen evidence of the votes of certain individuals who have moved out of the jurisdiction.  Votes of those who have passed from the world of the living.  Votes of those who are not citizens of the United States.  And votes that were not verified in any meaningful way. These illegal votes were counted in some significant number.  You have heard some of this evidence in Senate Hearings.  In your questioning during these hearings, which I was able to view on YouTube, You questioned the methods and means of voting irregularities, and you have admitted that these irregularities do happen, even in Oklahoma where I truly believe that our system of voting and the methods of assuring the vote is legitimate are as good if not superior to any system in the United States.

The signs that voter fraud are evident are present in the states in question.  Voter turnout in the 90% range in certain precincts. More mail in ballots returned than issued by the state. Delays in releasing results. Reporting of ballots remaining to be counted changing over time.  Monitors excluded from counting and canvasing.  Had this election; administered in this way been conducted in an emerging democracy the State Department would be calling for the election to be invalidated.

Yes, this happens in every election.  In 1942 President Johnson quite famously was seated in the senate, eventually becoming Majority Leader, Vice President and tragically the President of the United States on the back of 200 specious votes in Alice Texas Precinct 13 to defeat Governor of Texas Coke Stevenson.  In 1960, it is widely held that the political and organized crime syndicates in Chicago Illinois provide the margin for President Kennedy to prevail in Illinois, and in doing so win the Presidency.

The number of suspicious votes in just a few jurisdictions, were of significant number during this presidential election.  More than sufficient to overcome the margin of victory in these states.  Thus far notwithstanding the protestations of the media companies, there has been no judicial airing of the legitimacy of this election.  Judicial decisions of ripeness, mootness, latches and standing have forestalled the suits brought not only by President Trump’s campaign, but those of all kinds of American citizens that have evidence of election irregularities.  These suits have not only been denied a fair hearing, but have received no hearing whatsoever.  With no venue in the judicial branch that is open to a fair hearing of evidence, millions of American citizens have no place to seek resolution, or even an airing of the evidence with the exception of the House of Representatives and the Senate on January 6, 2021.

Although objections to electoral votes are not the normal course of business for the Republican party, Democrat Representatives and Senators have no such aversion.  The practice of Democrat objections to electors is common since 1968.  Objections from the House of Representatives have been made in every republican win since 1968.  Every Republican Win.  Senators have joined in two of these instances with James O’Hara of Michigan and Edwin Muskie of Maine joining in 1969, Barbara Boxer of California joining in 2005.

Senator the American people deserve a hearing of their grievances and the evidence that has been gathered.  It is lawful and constitutional to have this hearing by objection to the electors of the states in question.  This will allow for 2 hours per objection of debate on the issues.  I, and many other Oklahomans believe this to be an absolute necessity to not only provide the constitutional resolution of this matter, but to millions of us who see this election as illegitimate, will provide no matter if the objections are upheld or not, at least a hearing of the matter.  Without an honest platform for the airing of the grievances of millions of Americans, the federal government will not be seen as a legitimate institution.  This is a much more dangerous proposition than even a weeklong hearing of the evidence.

Thank you for your time Senator, and do not let this opportunity to do the right thing for the country pass by.

Well written. I am still hopeful that this debacle can be rectified, if not in our favor, then at least to show the populace that there is a fair and legal election.
