I recently met with a business associate who made his politics clear. I was reserved regarding mine mainly as I value our relationship and the business potential it brings. I could keep my mouth shut, and some would say the wise person would keep their mouth shut. But when was I ever the one to follow conventional wisdom?
At a certain point, despite the risk, we need to start speaking out or else our country will be gone forever. This particular person is severely misled by the media. Deliver your message always though with gentleness and respect as even Christ cautions for believers. It’s good advice.

To address the direct point of the article, no. It appears to have been a product of an isolated time in our nation’s history, but if you recall a few years ago when the media all simultaneously decided to annually publish pieces on how to harass your “Right Wing” or “Bigoted” relatives, it is in fact Marxist’s express purpose to involve politics in every aspect of our lives. As they put it “Everything is political”. Not only is it not Marxist, but it likely emerged as a counter-move to their totalitarian conversation tactics.
Yes. You are very correct in that they want to make everything political these days. However, they’ve been at this for decades, and the conventional wisdom used to be that you wouldn’t make waves during polite conversation out of courtesy. So they took advantage of that.
Now that people aren’t afraid of the racist tag and fed up with political correctness, they want to make every conversation political and still try to shut us down by playing the victim care or threatening violence either physically or through cancelling our lives (job loss, for example).
As it so happens, we patriots are banding together against the Marxists. We’re certainly fed up with their authoritarian mask mandates and lockdowns (was so psyched to see Rand Paul hand Fauci his ass) not to mention all the other woke garbage.
I think we will start to see employees within companies banding together to sue their companies and prevent firing for speaking their minds or people just starting competition and the talent leaving the Marxist companies in droves with only a shell remaining.
We need to make those “normies” in our lives who don’t follow politics as much more aware of their communist agenda. The first fifteen minutes of the Agenda 1 video below does that, and they’ll probably keep watching after that. Lays out the history from the Fabian Society and Frankfurt School in the 30’s to Obama.

We’re definitely in a war against communism evidencing itself as cultural Marxism. This is not the time to remain silent or pull punches in the debate. They’ve been at it for a while. While we’ve been playing nice, the leftists haven’t missed an opportunity to advance.
Last but not least. People who keep debating them and pointing out their hypocrisy are missing the point. They don’t care about the truth about racism, climate change or whatever. Debate serves them as a distraction from their ongoing subversion of society. It’s about time we realize that and just get rid of them all by removing them from power. Every current Democrat and RINO Republican should be booted out of office. They’re all either going along with the communists or have been negligent in not seeing it.

The first rule of the Democratic party is “You don’t listen to other opinions/information/facts”. They have been told that everything we say and show them are lies and photoshops. They have also been told you don’t ask any questions, as this is proof of your listening to other opinions and is thus subject to extreme corrective measures. Think business burning, blacklisting on social media, rumors/lies, and even actual violent attacks on you and your families. They also are told, in convoluted reverse psychology terms, that they are to uninformed(dumb) to actual form their own conclusions and thus must rely on more informed and intelligent overseers to advise and instruct.
Now that big tech is filtering and restricting their information, how or why would they change their opinions? We (non-left) don’t even see the same information they are fed. Kind of hard to refute a news story when you are fed a different version of the facts. It’s like reading two completely different versions of “Goldilocks and the Three Bears“. One says the bears where in the right and the other says the girl was in the right.
This behavior is then reinforced by the giving of (dog) treats (money/positive media bias/etc..) as rewards for being so well behaved.
Hey Dale. Good morning and thank you for your insights. I hadn’t actually thought about it much from their perspective, but I think you’re spot on.
I have recently realized that it’s useless to debate some on the illiberal left. These include, in my opinion:
1) the leaders who will lie and obfuscate and debate in bad faith as it serves to distract from their agenda while wasting our time
2) the followers who can’t or won’t think for themselves and have been exposed to news and information only within their echo chamber as you describe above. The treats they are given in the form of money, positive media bias and I would add ego boost for being virtuous on the right side of history as part of your “etc.” are huge incentives for them to remain blind or even violent toward opposing views.
The largest disincentive toward hearing other opinions, in my view, is a monthly check helping you to support your family. Money given for basic survival is a strong drug.
3) the independents who have been persuaded by the “virtuousness” of the left as the ones who “care” and have yet to realize several truths:
a) the left could care less about anything but power and blind loyalty from entrapped followers as evidenced by the destruction and death they’ve caused over the last 100 years or so (100 million deaths as you probably know),
b) that the right is actually more charitable assuming we can keep our money rather than having more and more of it confiscated by the government, and
c) they have been snookered by the true liars and cons (not The Donald) in the fake news media establishment (traditionally on the left though FOX has had some disappointments (Chris Wallace, calling Arizona early). I can’t list them all as they are not my main or primary source of news.
I’m hoping conservative media isn’t forced off Big Tech, as it will only exacerbate the problem of their echo chamber. Hopefully though, that would bring even more independents over to our side so that, in the end, we as Americans would have the majority.
I hesitate to call the followers, the “useful idiots,” anti-Americans or even idiots. Sometimes, people just don’t know what they don’t know. Having said that, their positions (not them personally) need to be roundly ridiculed in an effort to shake them out of their zombified state.
