As I write this, it is February 22nd 2022, otherwise known as the depths of winter here in the northern hemisphere, and it is a dark winter indeed. Canada has fallen to the dictatorship of a man child who clearly was not bullied enough in middle and high school, America (and much of the west) is locked into devastating levels of inflation. We are more depressed, scared, and fatigued as a people than we have been since at least the 1970’s and more likely since the great depression. Add to that the fact that we have never been more obese, morally degenerate, or dependent on the government and it is easy to see why we are in the place that we find ourselves today. But for every King Saul there follows a David, for stagflation, morning in America again, and for The Fall there was Christ on the Cross. Spring follows winter, and there will be a new spring to follow this dark winter. So stand strong and keep walking in the joy of that knowledge.
God bless and Godspeed,

Thanks, Grayson, for the uplifting reminder that everything happens for a reason, and for everything there is a season.
Absolutely, and I love that mug!
We all need to put on the full armor of God. We have battles to fight!
I am full of righteous anger and ready for the battle, drawing first blood if I must!
Amen to that!
Ephesians 6:10-18
The Whole Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.
