No Charge: New York AG Issues Damning Report on Criminal Creepy Cuomo, then Walks Away

If the AG thinks the women are so brave, and women should be believed, where does a woman go to get justice in New York?

New York Attorney General Letitia James issues a damning report on Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s criminal sexual harassment and sexual assault on 11 accusers, then walks away, filing no charge. Is James angling for the Executive Mansion herself and afraid to wield the weapon that takes down the three-term incumbent, creepy Cuomo? If the AG thinks the women are so brave, and women should be believed, where does a woman go to get justice in New York?

Once criminal charges are made, “no comment” will be all we hear for years. Let SJW’s protect and/or convict Cuomo and then use criminal justice. Rinse and repeat for all Democrat Party bureaucrats. Let the Woke eat each other.

This is the desired outcome of Soros’ plan to fund State’s Sec State. (I don’t mean this specific outcome with the lack of prosecution of Cuomo, but the general case of D-politicians getting away with crimes that R-pols and lesser citizens would not). It looks like this:
Soros’ $$ —> Elect compliant State Sec State —> Election results skew towards D resulting in overwhelming majorities in Blue states of Gov, Lt Gov, State Assy —> State AG (whether appointed or elected) are part of the same machine —> D politician does something wrong, either no investigation or one that has a preordained outcome.
The corollary is the situation with former VA Gov Bob McDonnell who was charged and found guilty of bribery and corruption for a few thousand $$ for gifts, some to his wife.
Charges later overturned by the US Supreme court. But the damage to his political career was done.

Dems are not stupid. But they are arrogant. Dems think they are better than you so:
do as we say not what we do
the ends justify the means
say what we say or STFU

Some scruples. Atty Gen James’ refusal to pursue criminal charges because the optics might reflect badly on her political ambitions should not only destroy her candidacy for Governor before it’s begun, it proves her unfit for remaining in the office she presently holds. But hey, she’s a Democrat who checks enough of the boxes on the hierarchy of oppression that are the only qualifications that matter these days, so she might as well start measuring for new drapes at 138 Eagle Street, Albany, right now. What a moral electorate sees as craven self-interest, is to the woke electorate, empowered shrewdness.

That is interesting. Those who subscribe to the materialist philosophy probably do feel that revenge in the form of cash compensation paid to the victims is the most desirable resolution. However, under our founding principles, the people of New York are also victims of Mr. Cuomo’s criminality. Without prosecution, not only are they denied justice by the state officer entrusted to seek redress on their behalf, they suffer an additional injury should they be force to pay those civil damages. Yet more reasons Atty Gen James has rendered herself unfit both for the office she currently holds as well as disqualifying herself for any other.

It’s becoming increasingly clear that powerful Democrat politicians are not only attempting to but succeeding in making themselves above the law.

James Comey “refusing to recommend prosecution” of Hillary Clinton after clearly delineating crimes she committed, Nancy Pelosi ruling the House of Representatives by decree, a whole lot of Leftists rioting, looting, murdering and burning cities across America without consequence, and now this with Andy Cuomo …

I’m not exactly sure what to do about that. It’s a serious conundrum when those powerful Democrat politicians control, have apparent immunity from or have complete influence on those who enforce the law.

Prosecutors (“prosecution” being one of the many functions of State and Federal Attorneys General) traditionally have fairly broad discretion in taking criminal actions against law breakers. They have the power, generally speaking, of declining to prosecute someone “in the interest of justice” but that power is very, very rarely invoked and can be overridden by a higher authority. However, when it comes to prosecution there is no higher authority in the State and Federal governments than an Attorney General. There is generally no higher authority to correct a mistake made by the holders of those offices.

Not that I think this situation has any mistakes involved. It’s clearly purposeful and intentional.

Even a State Governor, while that office has the power to pardon a crime, does not have the power to force prosecution of a crime.

So how can a self-ruled people rectify this kind of miscarriage of justice at such a high level? By lawful means and short of violence and murder of course.

Words are not violence but they do have consequences. That’s why I want to make clear that I absolutely mean “short of violence and murder” because a consequence of advocating something like that would be to give the excuse needed for Bill Whittle and Co. to be dropped and banned by their website host provider and their content delivery network. That would be horrible as far as I’m concerned so I’m not going to “be that guy” who gives anyone such an excuse.

All of that said, I’m very interested to hear any rational ideas on how this problem can be successfully addressed and resolved. I can’t think of a way so maybe someone else has thoughts on something that has not occurred to me.

Comey set the precedent. This attorney general is just following it. It’s the Kabuki theater of the left. Cuomo’s even playing his part by refusing to resign.

It has always meant nothing to the sociopaths like the one to whom you refer. A typical human refuses to admit that the only way to deal with such sociopathic bullies is to publicly destroy them by any means necessary.

“… by any means necessary”

Oh really? Do tell. We’ve seen that phrase before. It was used by Jean-Paul Sartre, Frantz Fanon, Malcolm X, a whole slug of Black Panthers and just about every commie revolutionary on the planet. The use of that phrase is generally considered to leave open all possible tactical approaches to solving any problem, including violence and murder. Use of this phrase to mean those things isn’t really ambiguous, at least no more so than the phrase “the final solution …” was coming out of the mouths of Nazis. In both cases the meaning is quite clear.

So are you advocating violence and murder here on Bill Whittle’s website or did you just let your ire boil over and poorly choose your words? It looks to me like you chose them very carefully, you even underlined them for emphasis. Using that phrase in this context seems a bit sociopathic to me and I’m sure I’m mistaken, that’s why I’m asking.

Care to clear up how far you are willing to go with “any means necessary”? The word “any” in the phrase kind of puts a fine point on the meaning. As in “whatever it takes to get the job done” so I’m really interested in hearing you explain yourself.
