Mr. Rachel, isn’t the message you seem to be pressing the implication that non-xtians are lost, wrong, willfully ignorant, in denial, even evil? Stupid maybe even? And isn’t that sanctimonious? You bludgeon this audience with YOUR convictions of what your god is, expects, and thinks. And we are all to follow along as you pipe that siren tune. I don’t see the costume of the parade, only the nakedness. If that thus can mean that I am sanctimonious, then so be it. My insisting I remaining authentic to myself is success enough.

Maybe Weezer ain’t your cuppa tea, but it re-awoke from the depths of my heart the indomitable joy needed to defeat this enemy, this plague.

And again who the hell is this enemy? Not Chuck Shumer or Nancy Pelosi or Lebron James. No; it’s name is Fear. It’s game is coming from scarcity. ..The crisis we face is indeed one of a lack of imagination; of heroes who can and do take chances and bring it.

This – not necessarily God, but godliness, is the virtue signal I personally need. More and often-er. More and more I’m also realizing that is how we respond – our generation’s D day – How indeed we defend and MB2A!!!

Clarification – the backlash to the Leftists that I’m hoping for does not necessarily depend on a particular god. Rather and respectfully, it depends on a “godliness” that at least my truest heroes exemplify.

The most missed point of that instruction is “do”. Many good Christian Americans forget they/we need to actually not sit on sidelines, but stand up to and even correct the lost with Jesus’s love. Correction is not evil, any decent person would stop a child running into traffic. If we allowed the child to run into traffic, what are the chances there would be serious even deadly consequences. Simply telling the child “no” as they run into traffic may not stop them. Instead, physically stopping them and then trying to teaching them why they should not do that. The lost ignorant children may not “want” to stop as they run into traffic, but does that mean we should stand by and just watch the result? Then say, “I told you so”……

Wallowing in oppression and victimhood, ever on the lookout for the micro of everything: aggression, inequality, anti-this and that, these nasty scolds can’t be anything but unhappy. They are mostly 3rd-wave feminist crones, or on the way to being such and effete males raised in single-mother homes, schooled in the classrooms of anti-American zealots.

Progressivism is an ideology that supposedly demands equality for all, and one that keeps score to an exhausting degree. The privilege between social classes, between races, between men and women, between religious and non-religious, and more, all have to be constantly monitored, and “inequality” has to be exposed for the purposes of “accountability.” That kind of behavior isn’t just unrealistic, it’s unsustainable. In all honesty, it’s understandable that anxiety and depression thrive in these kinds of environments when we’re focusing on every minute, problematic issue in our world and not able to take comprehensive, productive action to solve all these problems.

There’s also the unrelenting focus on oppression, verbal violence, and micro-aggressions. We know that building resiliency against hardship is the best weapon against depression and anxiety, yet progressive ideology forces its followers to wallow in feelings of helplessness and victimhood. Instead of empowering women and minorities with self-knowledge, strength of character, and resilience to hardship, progressivism encourages victims to stay in a place of fear and helplessness.

I would pity them if they weren’t so utterly ascendent and dangerous.

Before even watching (which I will) I’d say it’s because without the unhappiness, without the perceived oppression, the very thing they’re after (special treatment, you walking on eggshells around them because you HAVE to) goes away. The fun IS the misery they CAUSE. To them. It’s a warped kind of power trip. If they stop being miserable, the “fun” ends.

Glenn’s rant should be heard by those who are ignorant of the facts – unfortunately those Dunning-Kruger afflicted people don’t have the brains to even know they don’t know. Actually, I think it’s willful ignorance or malevolence, most likely both, that is the mindset of leftists. You could drop an avalanche of facts on their heads and they’d crawl out from under none the wiser.
