I think the SC is going to be more inclined to have Congress clean up their own messes than to have the Court arbitrate them. Unfortunately the People are ultimately responsible for who they send to represent them. GIGO.
…And yet, there is a mess. I wonder what excuses congress will use to avoid ridding us of that curse this time?
