Political beliefs (Immigration)

There is a lawful way to become a citizen of the United States. All Immigrants are required to go through this process.

If you are not a citizen and are within the borders of the USA (traveler visa’s notwithstanding), you are here unlawfully, and you are a criminal! Period.

You are NOT a citizen. You are not entitled to ANY rights. NONE AT ALL.
People have bled and died for these rights, and you do not get to benefit from any of it until you commit yourself to becoming a productive member of our society (By becoming a citizen)

My view on this is rather straight forward. If you are caught in the USA, you forfeit all your belongings all your funds and are deported. If you have committed other crimes, you will be required to work off the penalties for those crimes and then will be deported.

If you commit a capital crime (Murder Rape etc.) You get a trial and if found Not guilty you will be deported. If found guilty you will be put to death. (no appeal).

Repeat offenders will be imprisoned for increasing lengths in order to “work” off the expenses they incur.

Entering the US is not an excuse for a free ride.

People found to be employing those in the US illegally will be charged with aiding and abetting a criminal and can be charged as an accessory to any crimes they commit while here.

Additionally, you must be able to prove your citizenship to be eligible for any and all public assistance. Unlawful Immigrants are not permitted to vote at any level.

Unlawful Immigrants or visitors (green cards or student visa etc.) are not exempt from taxes.

Marriage to a citizen does not automatically make you a citizen.

Children born to a mother that is not a citizen do not become citizens until and unless the mother becomes nationalized. The one exception is if the father is a citizen and legally adopts the children and the mother gives up all legal rights to the children.

LEGAL and LAWFUL immigrants are whole heartedly welcome. They seek to not just benefit from our society but also add the best parts of their culture while jettisoning the bad parts.

One reply on “Political beliefs (Immigration)”

I agree with most of your premise, though, I’d give employers a little bit more leeway. Individuals that initially break laws to be here are quite likely to lie, steal identities, and provide false documentation. Not all employers have the resources to vet each employee as they perhaps should, especially on the small end.

I’d also take offenders and commit them to prison camps on our side of the wall. Why turn out free labor? They can dig up earth from Mexico’s side (creating a ditch or moat) and make adobe brick on our side which they can use to build a wall. If they aren’t willing to do that, then letting one swing in full view of the other’s usually focuses attention on the matter at hand.

“You are not a citizen, you are here illegally, you have no rights, and you have been convicted of crimes against our people. Before we allow you to return to wherever you came from, you will pay your debt to this society, or you’ll swing. We will not have this conversation twice.”

I understand breaking laws in Mexico, Turkey, and other nations when you aren’t a citizen there have some pretty serious consequences also.
