I shake my head, when not bowing it in shame, at the wonder of how we’ve gotten here. Yet…this is nothing new. Through the ages evil grips a place or a time or a period and reigns havoc before good prevails, and for awhile sanity returns us to equilibrium. Not fun being at the far left side of the pendulum swing, though.
