This is the follow-up of my previous post, “Proof of wide-spread voter Fraud” [11/20/20]; which, after presenting the argument, ends with: “…we can only conclude that there was massive cheating at the polls, in this 2020 Presidential election, by the Biden camp; and this nation has just been besieged by a well-planned, highly-organized coup d’etat.”
One way, and perhaps the only way, to test this conclusion is to re-do the 2020 Presidential election.
Keep it simple–just the presidential race–Joe Biden/Kamala Harris vs. Donald Trump/Mike Pence
No mail-in ballots.
Only in-person voting at physical polls.
Voters must show proof that they are qualified U.S. citizens before voting.
To assure honesty, National Guard could be called in to each of the 50 states to conduct the voting process at each precinct.*
Civilian observers–Democrat, Republican and non-partisan–monitor the process.
Votes could be counted at each precinct by National Guard personal under oversight of civilian observers before transferring ballots to the state legislatures.
If the Biden camp is so confident with their victory, they should have no problem with re-doing the election to prove that there was no wide-spread cheating on their part, and that the notion of their conspiracy to a overthrow the government is ridiculous.
If Biden/Harris win, then God bless them.
If Joe Biden really wants “unity”, this is the way to get it.
If, however, the Biden team ‘won’ the general election by cheating, in a cleverly-conceived and well-timed coup, Joe Biden DID NOT WIN. And he should NOT be sworn in to the office of Presidency of this United States; particularly if there are foreign adversaries involved in this (alleged) coup.
If we, as “the People”, allow this highly contested 2020 Presidential election to be the standard of U.S. presidential elections, then all future elections will not matter. This nation will have expired.
‘Better luck next time’ won’t do. We have to get this one right.

* The National Guard can be activated [if I’m not mistaken] by Presidential prerogative under the ‘National Emergencies Act’; particularly when in conjunction with the ‘Insurrection Act.’
If post-election evidence, currently being gathered by President Trump’s legal team (and perhaps the FBI) does show a high probability of malicious intent to overthrow the United States government during this 2020 election; particularly if it involves foreign adversaries, then it may be Constitutionally incumbent on the President of the United States, as a last resort, to recognize a ‘state of emergency’ as well as”Insurrection”; and invoke such powers given him under these circumstances.
Let’s hope it doesn’t come to that.

Problem with this is that even doing only presidential election is: 1) Nothing in Constitution allows it, in fact, election day is past. 2) There is not enough time before the electors are supposed to meet.
Bill has explained about the process where if the election cannot be trusted that it must go immediately to the House of Representatives with a single vote for each state. Would this not preclude a re-run of the full election, or is there a legal process allowing that?

As far as I know, there is no legal standard for this. It is as Bill says. Article II Section 3: of the Constitution:
“…and if there be more than one who have such a Majority, and have an equal Number of Votes, then the House of Representatives shall immediately chuse one of them for President….” But,
(1) These globalists don’t play by Constitutional rules while expecting us to play by them;
(2) IF this election was staged by a foreign adversary (let’s say China and its allies) [which I am speculating that that is the case] then, would that be much different than an attack on Pearl Harbor or the World Trade Center?
(3) The President of the United States is obliged to defend the Constitution (i.e. the Republic) and is equipped with tools to do just that. Among these are the ‘National Emergencies Act’ and the “Insurrection Act.”

(4) This would be a very messy situation. Hopefully it won’t come to this. A re-election would be much cleaner and civilized. Suppose Guliani et al convince the court that there was mass fraud in this election and the court deems the election invalid–null and void? What then? I don’t know.
One thing I do know, in my heart, is that if Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did NOT win this election, they should NOT be sworn into office!
I stand by what I have said elsewhere:
As of November 3, 2020, the USA is a third world country.
Why? Because regardless of who wins the election, from that day forward tens of millions of Americans will have no faith whatever in the integrity of any election unless it’s 100% paper ballots, cast in person by people who document their eligibility before voting and dip their finger in indelible ink afterward…
…just like they have to do in any other third world country.
