Fellas, Remember that Obama and Hillary said their hearts went out to the Muslim community when the killings took place in New Zealand….

Johnny Carson once had a famous baseball umpire on the Tonight Show who admitted that on more than one occasion he had too much to drink and asked the catcher to “help him with the close ones” during more than one game. I tried finding a video of that episode but no luck.

My philosophy is this; people should be 30 before they can vote. My reasons?
They need to get out into the world and try to pay for shelter, food, water, taxes etc.. after a few years in reality they are ready to make big decisions about the direction of the country.
And they are a few years out from under the Marxist programming units. Aka “teachers”

Bill: Legend has it that this happened during the Vietnam conflict.
At an USO show, Bob Hope during a routine, got Ann Margaret to reach into his pocket.
Ann Margaret said ‘I feel silly doing this’
Bob Hope said ‘Dig deeper & you’ll feel nuts’

In for Bill’s Members Only episode to go public before Brother Bob! Ha!

Seriously, I want to share this one. I know it goes against your business model, Bill, but some topics just need to be shared. Think about it. Thanks.

How long before robot umps get hacked to give a cue to the batters on whether a pitch is about to be called a ball or strike, before the ball gets to the plate? I have no doubt some batters would have quick enough reflexes to take a swing when appropriate.

I am a huge baseball nut and a traditionalist, but this has to be done.
Sorry, Bill, but the technology added to the TV product is diminishing baseball’s ability to expand to new fandom. Potential fans can see how terrible the umpires are (a study showed they are incorrect upwards of 70% of the time that the ball is within 2″ of the edge of the strike zone), and they get turned off by the sport quite quickly.
Robot umps!! Robot umps!! Robot umps!!

People will start arguing about the settings in the robot ump. Arguing that it was miscallibrated you aren’t going to get rid of the complaints, you are just going to move them around.
