Here’s a radical idea for how to drive the traffic over to Rumble instead of YT.
In EVERY SINGLE video, have some part that is silenced because you are saying something that YT would demonetize or censor you for. While the head is talking silently (maybe even with mouth blurred/covered to prevent lipreading), put up on the video text that says something like “if I said this out loud, YT would censor me. Go to Rumble for the UNCENSORED version.” Put similar language in the descriptive text, and say at the beginning and the end.
And then in the description at Rumble, explain it too.
I think the Joker got a sex change so he could be VP. Also Scott sounds like NPR with a brain. Welcome back.
We have a copy of The World’s Fastest Indian. It is a truly enjoyable movie!
regarding vice president kamala harris…..the communist left loves to shove weak minded women (harris, hirono, waters, jackson lee, hillary, palosi, michelle obama, oprah, behar, whoopie, aoc, tlaib, omar, pressely, abrams, whitmer, etc etc etc) in the face of america. that creates acrimony, divisive fissures of turbulence and ostensibly the ugly underbelly of our evil patriarchy.
bill has finally hit the wall…which is where i arrived at the same place in the road on january 20th 2021.
where we are now headed is problematic.
try 4search.com as an alternative to google.
Is it any better than duckduckgo?
watch to see if a new admin in israel changes the outlook of all those ‘infomed’ employees of facebook, google, amazon, twitter and other big tech.
I have to disagree with everyone on the solar stuff its not 20 pounds of solar verses 20 pounds of batteries. Its 10 pounds of solar, 5 pounds of rechargeable batteries verses 20 pounds of battery’s, a 10 pound generator, 60 pounds of fuel and you have to worry about the noise of the generator giving away your position when it runs and hiding the sounds of enemy foot steps in the dark. I’ve manned the generator in the night. You hear it from miles away. I’ve put more details into my comments on Bills report.
Welcome back, Scott. We missed you (even though Zo did a great job).
Re: Cruella — strongly recommend the Screen Rant Pitch Meeting (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ccf9G9Hx1i4).
Scott, I hope you see this:
When I had my throat surgery in 1995, (soft palate reduction) it left me with the mother of sore throats, as well. My doctor gave me a prescription for an anesthetic spray, sort of Chloraseptic on steroids.
It came in a can with a long spray extender, and it tasted like banana-flavored diesel oil, but it numbed my throat for hours! Allowed me to eat semi-solid food, and avoid starvation for the 2 weeks it took my throat tissue to regrow. (don’t get it on your tongue, or you lose the sense of taste, as well!)
I hope your sawbones can get you something like that, and ease your suffering.
Great to have you back Scott!
Welcome Back Scott!!!!
Welcome back Scott – glad you’re feeling better!
Scott the back end resilience was baked into all systems originally. What changed was the supply chain on demand reliance. This freed up costly storage space and warehouses. Retailers and suppliers used to maintain storage rooms/warehouses for “back up stock and materials”. However, logistics made these locations not (short term) cost effective and therefor they became obsolete expenses. Now store rooms are almost non-existent and as a result there are no resilience backups. If you have actually gone to retail stores, the isles are packed/blocked by the stock due to lack of storage rooms that could control the current unpredictable logistical influx. So instead of the store room costs the profit/dividend margin got a dangerously short sighted boost. The charges originally for storage resilience were just redirected into profit margins.

I am glad you are back and feeling better.
Bill? The painting you’re talking about is titled “The Spirit of 1776”.
That writer, of whom Scott growls, sounds like the grasshopper in Aesop’s fable. Consumers won’t pay for resilience in the absence of a crisis? Hah! Explain the prepper mindset. Such fools deserve to starve when times are lean. Such mindset is a cancer upon a society that prides itself concerning its own charity.
It was great to see Zo, but glad to see you back, Scott. FWIW, my mom always made me gargle warm salt water…
Did a lot of that during the past 10 days.
I keep telling you, gargle with Scotch. And then drink it instead of spitting.
I recommend starting with Monkey Shoulder, it is very fairly priced. 😉
My father, a veterinarian, used to swab my sore throat with pre-op disinfectant. It was a poisonous-red-orange awful tasting liquid. And it instantly cured a sore throat.
Scott, first, welcome back. We missed you even though your spot was well-tended by Zo during your absence.
Re: your sore throat, I watched a long (2.5 hrs) Dark Horse podcast yesterday featuring an interview with Dr. Pierre Kory “discussing the ongoing pandemic, the care of COVID-19 patients, and the incredible story of Ivermectin” The suppressing of and denial by all levels of the bureaucracy, i.e.,CDC, WHO, MSM, the medical establishment and the government of the efficacy of this safe, widely and long used cheap medication for the treatment of Covid at all its stages is, as the title of the video claims “the crime of the century”. The reason I mention this is Ivermectin is shown to mitigate problems relating to the after effects of the vaccine, and for people who suffer from “long-haul” symptoms of Covid. Obviously, I don’t’ know, but I’m wondering since you’ve had the vaccine, if a treatment of Ivermectin might get you over that lingering sore throat.
Dr. Kory is a founder and member of FLCCCA
From the website: “Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance was initially formed as a working group under “emergency” conditions of the early COVID-19 pandemic in response to multiple early reports of COVID patients with an inexplicably high need for prolonged mechanical ventilation and an excessive mortality associated with the prevailing “supportive care only” recommendations disseminated by the majority of national and international health care organizations. The FLCCC Alliance – On a Mission to Save Thousands & Slow the Pandemic (A brief self-introduction; Jan 19, 2021) The FLCCC Alliance was organized in March, 2020 by a group of highly published, world renowned Critical Care physician/scholars – with the academic support of allied physicians from around the world – to research and develop lifesaving protocols for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in all stages of illness. Their MATH+ Hospital Treatment Protocol – introduced in March, 2020, has saved tens of thousands of patients who were critically ill with COVID-19. Now, the FLCCC’s new I-Mask+ Prophylaxis and Early At-Home Outpatient Treatment Protocol with ivermectin has been released – and is a potential solution to the global pandemic.
You Tube is becoming unbearable regarding ads. Starting a couple of weeks ago, nearly every video I want to watch is preceded by up to 7 or more minutes of one or more ads that cannot be skipped. The odd thing is, I can watch You Tube videos on my iPad without this egregious assault of unwanted advertising. Still get ads, but they are the intermittent skippable type, which are annoying, but relatively tolerable. I wonder if that’s because I haven’t downloaded the latest iOS update on my iPad, but did on my computer. I actively try to avoid using YouTube if I can find the content that interests me anywhere else. I simply won’t pay to avoid the ads so eventually I probably will be driven completely away from You Tube.
Download AdBlock Plus. It’s free and IT WORKS! When I see posts complaining about ads on YT or any other site for that matter, I used to wonder WTH are they talking about! I NEVER see those and am happy for it.
Thanks. I think I recall something from YouTube about changing to this new ad format, no doubt designed to force people to buy their premium ad free version. Ugh! This only started recently, otherwise I am rarely plagued by ads on anything but YouTube. Checked out the AdBlock + app for Safari. Most of the reviews were 2’s and 3’s, peppered with 5’s at about 1 time to 4 times for lower rating reviews. I use the Dissenter browser most of the time, but there isn’t an AdBlocker for it. I have come to loathe Apple products – they are nowhere near the quality they were a decade ago, but I hate Microsoft even more, and haven’t used anything but Apple for at least 20 years. Nowhere good to turn so I’ll stay with the evil I know, I guess.

Rolph sounds like a textbook case of “cruel and unusual”
The greater threat of violence sounds like was a risk the robber was taking. The shop owner may have had a real gun and killed him in self defense.
Scotts feeling better, yay!
Sorry to hear about the misery you suffered, Scott. Am continuing to pray for your full recovery.
Thank you, Elizabeth.
The movie is “Dream Horse,” (I just googled it.) Thanks for the heads up, because I will go see any movie about a horse.
Let us know what you think of it…unless you don’t like it…in which case, keep it to yourself. 🙂
I think it is a good, fun, uplifting, and happy movie. And it has a horse, a great one! Dream Alliance is no Secretariat (but then no other horse is, was, or ever will be Secretariat!) but a great horse none-the-less. And what a come back story!
Never say, “Scott who?” Happy you’re back, Scott, and prayers for your further complete recovery.
Could the political bent of Googlians possibly be because there’s not a lot of Americans working there, but a bunch of H1Bs, maybe a bunch of folks from the Peoples’ Republic of China?
Scott – I told you that I had some good remedies for you. It’s just that they would leave your liver looking like Steve’s (and mine).
glad you are back.
Bah, who needs a liver? 😉
Certainly not a fully functioning one. 15% seems adequate.
Scott happy to see you back. If there is a theme We live in a time where the Mentally incompetent is being led by the mentally Deranged and yet we wonder why everything is so crazy?
