We’re back in front of the cameras moving forward with a reversal of last week’s misdirection.

FYI, the Second Amendment when written and ratified IS meant to allow the citizenry to be an EQUAL AND OPPOSITE force against the necessary Standing Army to maintain the security (from OUTSIDE forces) of the United States. So, F-15s, tanks, even H and A bombs are included as written. If the Federal Government stayed in its lanes, as outlined in the Constitution and Bill of Rights, it would NOT have to fear the citizenry, whom those in the Federal Government work for…..

One standard design for nuclear plants?!? Great idea! I pitched the idea, years ago, as a Resource/Generation Planner at a major utility, of just duplicating and purchasing the reactors that the US Navy uses in their vessels. Smaller, many parts shop fabricated, faster approval and construction, and battle proven. What’s not to like? 150 -250 Megawatts (MW) each, instead of 1,200-1,500 MW behemoths. Multiple smaller units increase system reliability, unit commitment and dispatch. Eeeee Haaa!!

Talkin’ bout my gen-eration
Sucralose, ick. Why they even added that with the cane sugar I have no idea, but again, ick.
Kyle Hill on Youtube has a series of pro-nuclear power videos, talking about the various benefits, safety factors and others on the various disasters and why they were rare the fault of humans and not the technology.
Sheep, and goats, are great at keeping weeds and grasses under control in hard to reach places. Just make sure there is a source of water for them, a little shelter and leave them there for a week.
On guns flooding a street… I suppose the corner drug and gun dealer could be using Square for credit card processing.
As privateers and various other citizens owned artillery, howitzers in the garage cannot be discounted.
In Wisconsin, we have a long hunting tradition. Sometimes people will point out that we have more people in the woods with “sniper rifles” on certain weekends than many countries have armies. (I suspect this is the case in several other states. Kurt S’ article about “betting on the guys with the guns” made a similar point.)
The article on Instapundit (9-7-22 linked to Pop-sci) about a high school girl and her 4 other friends rebuilding carburetors as a mail-in business should make Bill feel better.
On Jim Thorpe, we could say “it was a great book about a terrible thing.”
Bill and Steve totally nerding out on simulation games… fun.
Milwaukee has had a problem with repeat criminals being let out on little to no bail by a Soros backed (one of the earlier ones, afaik) DA Chisolm that a few radio hosts have joked about a “catch and release program” for car thieves, robbers, drug dealers with gun possession, etc.
Huh… Steve’s draft idea sounds like jury duty but just for lawyers.
I forget who says it, but the saying “a prosecutor who never loses a case doesn’t try the hard ones.”

I made the connection. However, I did keep checking to see whether you found it. (2)Or Canada. We use metric so milliliters are the way we do volume. (3) We have a similar history here with the Residential Schools. Every September 30, we wear orange in remembrance that “All Children Matter”.
I am adding to this as the show goes…

Steve Wolf creek in Kansas & Caloway in Missouri are both built to the Standardized Nuclear Utility Power Facility [SNUPF] design. The Nuclear power industry is better at shooting themselves in the foot than the GOP

Eisenhower was also someone who played semi-pro baseball under another name, I believe, so that he could still go to West Point and play ball.

I’ve read and recommend the “Army vs Carlisle” book; that game was played a mere twenty-two years after Wounded Knee and featured not only Thorpe and Eisenhower but also Omar Bradley. Because his players were generally less well-fed than other players Pop Warner had developed a style of play utilizing their speed and agility at a time when the dominant philosophy of the game’s offense was power runs up the middle. A very entertaining, useful and informative book.

The increasing idiocy is a direct result of Genetic Entropy. We’re losing genetic information with each generation. Which, btw, proves Biblical Creation. We (Adam & Eve) were created physically perfect. Sin brought death into the world. And here we are about 6,000 to 10,000 years later.

One of the blessings God bestowed on my family with my brother’s heart attack and all…my “Progressive” sister has been around again. And Steve’s right…never interrupt someone who’s working their way to your point of view. She’s realized big money like Black Rock are the main issues today, and the MSM is BS. Although she still blames Trump and Capitalism. She’s a Bernie freak. Pray for her if you would…she also needs discernment when it comes to God’s Word.

I was wondering where last week’s Backstage was. I didn’t catch that email either. Surprisingly, I didn’t email or comment on the matter. Shocker, I know. But I was busy with helping my brother in his recovery from the quadruple bypass. Thanks again Scott, for the prayer…it worked.

The International Olympic Committee somehow manages to make FIFA (international soccer committee) look like a straight arrow organization that on the up and up.

Only reason the Tomcat has any losses is cause they’re also flown by Iranians. For the most part, other countries woudn’t come up to play w/ the US Navy.

Scott, 50yrs ago, Alan Funt made a career outta putting a camera in front of people in the street and made them look like idiots. And those idiots signed the release so they could be on TV.

“With his hocus pocus, you’re in focus, it’s your lucky daaaaaay –
SMILE! You’re on Candid Camera…”
I can still hear that jingle note for note.

Oooooo… A Silent Eagle would be da bomb. Don’t get why no one was interested in buying them.
