Laura Ingraham says that acknowledging Joe Biden will be inaugurated as president constitutes “living in reality.” Rush Limbaugh says Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani’s promised vote fraud bombshells fizzled, and that “is not good.” As Pennsylvania and Michigan certify wins for Biden, and conservative voices grapple with the election results, Bill Whittle looks for what’s still missing from the conversation.

They never speak to anything, nothing. Biden never denied the laptop scandal or anything else having to do with CCP other than to say it was a smear. He never categorically denied most of the allegations.
It was the Dem’s job to fraud the vote, check.
It was social media’s job to subdue bad news about Biden, while allowing bad news about Trump to go unchecked, check.
It was the MSM (Fox included)’s job to promote the ‘nothing to see here’, ‘nothing happening’ analysis, check.
It is the Rep lawyers job to go to court, establish voter fraud and software tampering, etc. They’re doing their job. However, their job goes so much slower than the other jobs. Their job is not yet done, no matter that MSM would like it to be…
Let me get this straight. The party of SYSTEMATICism believes that there is SYSTEMATIC racism, sexism, and whateverism in the Police Departments, School System, and wherever else they may look. But they would have us believe there is no SYSTEMATIC FRAUD in our Electoral System?
Yeah, that’s what I thought.
As to Scotts “People make mistakes.” Is something I heard over 40 years ago.. “To err is human. To really mess things up requires a computer.” It has been true then, and even more so now with remote access easy. One line of hard to find, fairly easily written code, could drastically change voting results. Like Bill says, Why does cheating seem to go mainly one way?
Building a case is not an easy thing as it needs to be as airtight as it can possibly be, and the sloppiness of a rush job is entirely counterproductive, so I think they are bringing this together at a lightning fast pace, and that does concern me greatly. As for all the calls for proof of allegations from the MSM and elsewhere, that represents a true danger to the foundations of the case, and is being done in order to try to pressure into mistakes, and force the legal team into “spilling the beans” ahead of time. This could have a two fold negative effect, which is just what is hoped for by the Left, in that it gives them a glimpse of the supposed evidence, so that they can start working on their counter arguments sooner, but far more importantly it also puts said evidence out before the public, outside of the courtroom, and can thus be considered as pre-prejudicial material, and can then be so challenged by the opposition, summarily disallowed and thrown out by a sitting judge. I’m glad to see that they are in fact holding their mud, and keeping the key information close to their chests until they are truly ready to “release the Kraken”, while I can only hope that said Beast is all that it has so far been suggested that it will be!
I don’t clearly remember the Gore v Bush election all that well because I was overseas at that time. The news coverage where I was didn’t get all that involved in the fine-grained details of the American election. I do recall however, that I was never really in a sweat over Bush winning because it seemed to me that the Democrats claims were a “Hail Mary” last ditch attempt that did not seem likely to work in their favor.
It seemed to me that George W. Bush had won and that’s the way it would come out in the end.
This time the reversed case with the Republicans is not the same sort of thing. We’re not talking about something silly like “hanging chads” we’re talking about what appears to be wide scale organized election fraud.
That said, I also don’t get the feeling that this is going to work out for the Republicans. There are some legal similarities to Bush v Gore but the legal challenges even going all the way to the Supreme Court, are very nearly insurmountable. It may be that fraud is proven beyond a shadow of a doubt but that it was done in such a way that our current laws are helpless to change the outcome. It may be that the SCOTUS deems that while they would like to do something about this their hands are tied by the very Rule of Law that we hold so dear as conservatives. It may be that even legal victory is insufficient to change anything because this fraud was applied through many, many vectors.
I’m not willing to concede that Biden won but I’m also not sanguine with the likelihood of Trump standing on the podium with his hand on a Bible in January. It looks to me like the most we can hope for is to get this whole election fraud business cleaned up and … It doesn’t look to me like that’s something that is going to happen in a Biden administration.
There are many reasons for this problem but a big one is that Democrats are blatant, bald-faced, unrepentant, unequivocal, obvious, cheaters who are openly proud of their cheating. They justify destroying the Republic in the guise of saving it.
This is as much the fault of the Republican party as it is the Democrats. Because when Republicans have been in power they did nothing but chuckle at this cheating and look away. Until now it was never a deciding factor in a crucial election. I don’t know if the Republican Party was just going along to get along or if they believed the cheating would never rise to the level it has today …Or if they were just negligent, lazy and stupid. Or all of the above.
In fairness, I have a tendency to let personal things go that do not demand immediate action to prevent a negative impact on my personal life. So I understand full well the human characteristics involved — But I’m not an elected official representative of The People charged with the preservation and prosperity of the Republic either. In matters of duty I’ve always taken my responsibilities very seriously. So I feel I can understand while still legitimately criticizing.
Whatever the causes and reasons, here we are today with half the nation losing confidence in the election process and half the nation that doesn’t give a flying rat’s distal alimentary exhaust orifice about election fairness as long as they win.
In essence we have two sides, one is the mature but negligent side and the other the immature and actively seeking advantage at all costs side. This is very much a reflection of the historic trends in overall parenting in America over the last more-than-half century.
It is exactly the same thing but on a larger scale where the kids whine, complain, lie, cheat, and sneak out windows at night so finally the parents just give in and let them do what they want no matter how unwise and unsound what they want might be.
Just like with parenting, the way to stop this is to as my ol’ pal Barney Fife would say “Nip it in the bud”. I never let my kids get to the point described above because when they did something small I took firm, decisive action to halt that kind of behavior. When I or their mother said “No” the answer was no and past that point it got increasingly uncomfortable for them to keep bringing up the issue. Up to and including corporal punishment. Strangely enough to some people — That policy worked very well. My kids learned never to whine and cry and fuss and carry on until they got their way because that didn’t get them their way. It got them disciplinary action. Also strangely enough to eome people — Both my boys grew up to be good men and true, good fathers, good husbands and solidly conservative.
On a broader, and harder scale, that’s what we see happening now in the political venue. Because allowing that behavior to prevail not only encourages but absolutely ensures that it will continue and grow.
The only way to stop that is to punish that sort of negative behavior. Election fraud is still fraud and it a particularly egregious kind of fraud. Unlike fraud wherein funds or assets are stolen from an individual, a company or a bank, Election fraud is theft from the entire adult population of the United States. It should and must be vigorously investigated and enthusiastically prosecuted just like any other fraud.
Only time will tell, now that things have gotten this bad, if we’re past the point of correcting this or if it will lead to the fall of the Republic. Indeed, as the Democrats have now seized the ultimate prize in the entire world, the Presidency of the United States of America, and are not going to want to lose that advantage … The Republic may already have fallen.
We have spared the rod and spoiled the child. That cannot be undone with individuals and it may not be un-doable with our Country.
Sidney Powell hasn’t actually filed any lawsuits yet. That is where the evidence of the software fraud will be. She said in a recent interview that she hoped to get the first lawsuit filed against Georgia today or Friday (Thursday being Thanksgiving). She is also preparing lawsuits for each of the other battleground states.
The Guiliani side of the team is working on the fraud that occurred during the counting process: the observers excluded, the people testifying that they were ordered to do illegal things like run ballots through the tabulator more than once or backdate ballots or fill out ballots fraudulently. Several of these lawsuits have not prevailed at the lower court level, which was expected. In order to get to the Supreme Court, you have to lose so that you can appeal. So don’t count those lawsuits out either.
Exactly. Trump expected the state courts would not grant a recount or even inspect the offenders. He wants to go to SCOTUS, present damning evidence(Kraken) and the Supremes then need to vote whether there was voting fraud. If they declare the voting process fraudulent, they are required by law to invalidate the election and have another election within 120 days. Not clear if it would be all states or offending ones. This is a better outcome for Trump. Glad you hold out hope, just like I do. Happy Thanksgiving Laura!!
That’s the way I understood things to be too.
I am 99.9% convinced the Dems stole the election. Not because of dead voters or the small scale vote transfers we know, but because there is no way in hell the following facts can sit together: (i) Biden polled worse than HRC in every major metropolitan centre in the entire country except for Atlanta, Detroit, Milwaukee and Philly, in all 4 of which Trump was ahead until they shut down the counting on the night of 3 Nov and then suddenly Biden was winning, but (ii) Biden got more votes than Obama ever did. And (iii) the Dems lost all close HoR seats and (iv) Biden lost both OH and FL, which the winner hasn’t done since 1960, and then JFK stole the election too. Oh, and (v) out of 19 key counties in swing states which have all voted for the winner since 1980, Biden lost 18 of them. But he got not only more votes than BO, but more than any candidate in history. But I’m a lawyer, and none of this comes even close to establishing fraud, let alone industrial-scale fraud. The law cannot move the dial far enough for Trump – it is too blunt and limited a weapon. Trump has lost, and is rightly establishing a firm narrative that this election was a bad ‘un. It sure was.
I worked for attorneys for over 33 years and the one most important thing I learned was that the wheels of justice grind slowly, but they do eventually grind. I learned to have patience, which is something few of us possess in current times. Whenever there is a “breaking news item”, I’ve learned to wait at least three days for the truth to start emerging, usually truth that changes the entire news item. I will be patient, wait for a while longer, and keep plenty of popcorn on hand for when the fireworks do finally go off.
I was involved in a Injury Case (ice on the sidewalk).
It lasted a couple of years.
I learned to be all about the “yes or no” when being asked about the case.
I think and alk and write TOO DAMNED MUCH, so that ain’t at all easy for me.
I gave up hope when the lawyers had to drop parts of the suit because they could not win.
Then the lawyer calls me to ask if I want to go into one last hearing even if the odds were slim.
I thouight to myself I’ve gone this far, so why not?
The lawyers won a settlement.
They took the lions share of the money, to pay for the Park Avenue doctor I saw once and other sundry expenses.
But I was happy.
I think maybe them taking the case was a good sign.
I think they might have done some minor flim flammery with telling me what was going on so I would think the Settlement more miraculous.
But I was the one who got to agree to that last hearing. Had I said “No.” …
We the people are the client here.
Say yes to that last hearing, however slim the odds may be.
You gotta be in it to win it.
One saying I heard was “the wheels grind slowly, but grind finely” implying they take a long time but render such a small, well ground bit of dust and not large bits and chucks.
I suppose the phrase has different meanings in different areas or people. The fact remains that it still grinds, but slowly. I am leery of “swift” justice, because so much can be missed if it goes too fast, maybe even something vitally important to the case. Justice has it’s own pace.
Especially in today’s “first to post” world where the news entertainer first to say a thing gets the most money and cell phone video that only starts after most of an encounter is over becomes the Breaking Item.
It seems you have to wait three days before the corrections and clarifications come out to find out what happened.
I would be interested in knowing which precincts had a vote count stop during election day and which ones did not. The pattern might be enlightening.
I’ll bet the Democrat Party leadership wishes there was a Conspiracy to fix the vote.
A Conspiracy has people coordinating it.
That inner circle would have seen to it that some of those people in, say Michigan, were prevented from doing something so obvious.
Like, for instance, covering over the windows of that Tallying Location.
Mad magazine, a long time ago, ran a big cartoon with lots of jokes in it. One of them shows a guy at a bar watch a bartender with a hose at the top of a bottle. He complains: “I know you water down the booze. Do you have to be so open about it?”
Laura makes her money talking, yes?
In an interview with Steven Crowder, a recent one after his long list of self-inflicted troubles, Alex Jones admitted that just talking so many hours a day for a living (and some of his body chemistry) has gotten him in trouble.
Way to fail upwards, Joe.
Spinoza said that if you completely love something, and then come to hate it, you will hate it with the same intensity as the love you had for it. I really liked Laura but when she stated that “President Trump should now resign with grace” that was it for me. She is a surrender monkey and a coward. I quit Fox News on Nov. 4th and am NEVER going back. Sidney has the beef! Get out your knives and forks!!
90% of the evidence has not been seen by the lower courts. They are rejecting the case before that is done, arguing that the plaintiff has no standing in several cases or the evidence is irrelevant. All these have been appealed. There is also some evidence that can’t be presented at the lower court levels because they are intelligence and FISA stuff.
Be happy being 3/5 of a voter and 7/5 of a taxpayer. Stupid cracker.
/sarcasm mode off
NEVER!!!!
Actually, I’m a Ritz. That makes me a classy cracker.
Stop David, your puttin us on!
