Hi, John. You are 1000% correct. Years ago, as traffic and other crowding factors affected Californians, they moved north and ruined Oregon. Portland may as well be LA.
Excellent analogy. And it is happening in VA. I live in the SW part of the state, but the influx of progressives on the government teat in NOVA has turned us blue. As we near retirement in the next decade or so, my wife and I are pondering heading southward.
