So… I’ve recently joined this site. I belong to several other sites and monitor many more as I am sure that many of you here do as well. My observation is that now unlike any other time in history we have been given a golden opportunity… that being open and unrestricted access to information… that this is available to us and that we are now able to observe first hand the rank hypocrisy and criminal behavior prevalent and manifest in our elected officials is historically unheard of…. The question and concern that I have is that can we and more importantly will we muster the resolve to end the tyranny… exact justice… and resolve to enforce the rule of law. Comments welcome.

The rule of law involves not only that the law be applied uniformly but that an average person be able to know and understand the laws they’re subject to. There was some politico who, when asked if he’d read Obamacare, replied Something like “of course not, I’d need three lawyers to explain it to me”. That tells you that, uniformly applied or not, the bill was a violation of the rule of law. If all the politicians, bureaucrats, judges, lawyers & lobbyists in D.C. understood the rule of law, and thought it was going to be applied, you could surf the resultant brown wave all the way to the Appalachians as they simultaneously shat their pants.
