There must be conservative, patriotic attorneys out there, with a good, solid knowledge of Constitutional Law, who could help craft these TOS. they might have to be done State by State? But once crafted said attorney could make the “boilerplate” available for a small additional fee, or perhaps the person who paid for the original document could work out a split fee arrangement of some sort. Just a thought.
