Idea to expand upon after some more thought.
Should there be a Constitution of the Internet? Since tech monopolies are taking over, and we’ve assumed the rules of the USA applies online as well, should we create a discrete constitution like declaration for the internet, applied world wide. How would it work? what should be in it?
