Watched Ep #1 today Mar. 30. It holds up 10 days later.
Watching this a little late, but the audio is slightly delayed on my machine giving you the Kung Fu Movie effect. Awesome!
Bill you wondered about what proportion of the people who were contracted corona virus had no symptoms. There is some information on this. You recall the Diamond Princess cruise ship sailed for 10 days with the virus on board before anyone knew there was a problem. It was then quarantined for almost three weeks with all passengers and crew confined to the ship. In the end everyone aboard, 3,711 people, were tested. This boat was basically a floating test lab for the virus. In the end there were 712 people who tested positive (19% of the total) and of those 712, 308 were asymptomatic, basically half of them. Of the total 7 people died, all 70+ and all with existing health conditions. The mortality rate on the Diamond Princess was .19%. That is not significantly different than what influenza A does every year (.15%)
The study done was short:

I have not heard anyone in the media talk about the Diamond Princess and the aftermath even once.
Man, when we dodged the bullet in 2016, we dodged more than we ever dreamed possible. Despite tweets and bloviations (which frankly, have never bothered me much anyway,) I am so very thankful we have a president who isn’t a dictator at heart. Does anyone seriously believe, that if this were Hillary (or any other psychopathic, socialistic, communistic democrat,) they would be letting this crisis go to waste?
“Since it’s novel, we’re still learning about it. Do you believe that if someone gets it and recovers, that person thereafter has immunity?
So I don’t see anything in this virus, even though it’s novel, [that contradicts that]. There are cases where people think that they’ve gotten it again, [but] that’s more likely to be a test failure than it is an actual reinfection.”
This is from an interview with Larry Brilliant, who had a part in the eradication of smallpox.

Also, I suppose some people could have a relapse, which is not the same as being reinfected.
Those young people who go on these vacations, and are acting like there is nothing going on.
Aren’t they (generally speaking) the same ones who lecture us about socialism – from each according to his ability to each according to his needs
So now – they are the ones with the ability (i.e. health resilience) and they prefer to give us the finger instead…
OK BOOMER
Now Die boomer
I’m seeing more and more of the coming together of people and businesses that I did after Katrina. We were living in Pascagoula, about a mile from the water and our house flooded 18 inches inside and outside was three feet. People were sharing resources and helping each other move ruined appliances and furniture out to curbs; helping rip up soaked carpets; and helping cut up fallen trees.Businesses were helping, too. Then after the hurricane that devastated Texas a few years back, it was the same. People were traveling there with axes and other tools, and the “Redneck Navy” was on its way to help out people and animals stranded in flooded buildings. It was amazing and totally uplifting to see how well our people will pitch in and help others. I once saw a movie in which a alien from another planet was stranded on Earth for a while and he said something that stuck in my mind ever since. He said that the thing he liked most about humans was how they were at their best when times were at their worst. We can really shine when times are bad and I’m seeing it now and it feels me with hope for mankind’s future. Thank you for an interesting video, dear sir.
Remember that despite being under the penumbra of “critical infrastructure”, members of “podcasts or other media services” may not be credentialed enough to be in the exclusive “Umbra Club” and therefore subject to selective persecution. Many of these outliers have not toed the line of the mainstream narrative and have suffered the consequences. I suspect BW dot com has not reached critical mass to warrant such scrutiny.
Sarcasm aside, critical infrastructure and non-critical infrastructure are mutually exclusive segregations popularized by Karl Marx. So, is “critical infrastructure” in the proletariat or bourgeois class?
In sailing, the boom is a spar extending from the foot of the mast that controls the shape of the rigged sail by swinging to and fro about the centerline of the boat. In smaller vessels the boom is typically below the average height of a man and will, when tacking into the wind, swing from one side of the boat to the other. If a sailor does not take heed the swinging boom can cause severe injury. Hence, be careful, here comes the boom.
In addition to Dr. Paul Cottrell, you should also look into another interview with Dr. Francis Boyle, who drafted the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989. He gave a detailed statement admitting that the 2019 Wuhan Coronavirus is an offensive Biological Warfare Weapon and that the World Health Organization (WHO) already knew about. Scientists today indeed have the technology to splice DNA/RNA using CRISPR, if it was truly manufactured. Given the premise that there are elements of HIV in the corona virus, it makes sense that the Wuhan virus, containing the HIV delivery system, will also persist throughout the life of the victim which could explain the relapse of supposedly recovered patients.
I wish the free world would stop calling the dictator in China the “Chinese Leadership” and simply shorten it to “Chicom.” There are two classes of Chinese: slaves and masters; peasants and nobility; workers and Chicoms. The Chicoms are first and foremost COMMUNISTS! Frankly, the term should be rearranged to “Comchi”: not to be confused with kimchi. Kimchi, good. Comchi, bad!
I’m surprised you didn’t mention reports of China’s manufacturing being back at 100% production. Why is that?
For the majority of people who suppress the knowledge of God, calling the Wu-flu an “act of God” must feel like adding insult to injury. But keep preaching your optimistic message.
Everyone’s pulling together. Except the Feds. Beyond the FDA, was reading yesterday that one of the major home load lenders was offering to defer payments AND interest to homeowners for several months to help out those affected by the virus related layoffs.
Well, the agency charged w/ regulating the lenders slapped them down re: this because it violated a law designed to protect consumers from predatory lenders. *sigh*
Re Target, WalMart, Wallgreens and all the rest, more than thier parking lots and experience dealing w/ customers, my first thought was each of them have sophisticated, extensive and experienced nationwide logistics system. In place. Perfectly able to deliver massive amounts of stuff (they do it every day) to every community in America and Canada.
Far better to leverage that than depend on some government agency. Or, even stupider, waiting for FEMA and/or the military to ramp up a similar system.
Read an article in the Houston Chronicle about the “most vulnerable” areas around Houston based on census data and hospital locations. An elected official, I think at the county precinct level, whom they interviewed talked about how his precinct had the highest rates of this or that (asthma, poverty, etc.), then at the very end of the article, his response to the (inferred) question “what are you doing to help your constituents?” was: “Waiting on the federal government to deliver supplies.”
What a maroon. Though his constituents deserve him. Good and hard.
Bill if using this pill that’s been around for 70yrs but not approved for this particuar treatment means doctors, nurses and other med professionals are sued, loose their license and get prosecuted, I can definitely see them letting patients die comfortably.
The buracracy has become a self serving incumbrance.
