Our entire justice system rests upon the premises of good faith and equal protection under the law. President Trump is receiving neither. Nor are the “domestic terrorists” who support him.
The distinction the fake news liars have no interest in highlighting is that the mob received a fair trial in good faith. Therefore, they had no reason to take the fifth. In fact, there’s a chance they were the ones abusing the Fifth Amendment by citing it in bad faith, but a good faith justice system is left to act in good faith and prove only what guilt they can prove even if someone we know is guilty walks free.
The lying communists who run our justice system don’t act in good faith. Therefore, no American they’re trying to demonize should speak with them. They lie routinely by omission to frame their political enemies. While individual citizens even President Trump might abuse his rights under the Fifth, in no way, shape or form does that give the government the right to start acting like criminals, twisting a defendant’s speech to frame them.
