I stumbled upon this site that is hosted by a doctor that writes some very interesting and informative articles. Most are related to vaccines, but he writes other medical-related articles as well.

It is interesting that all the positive trends we see with the introduction of vaccines started before they were introduced. Mostly through better sanitation. I am not saying they didn’t play a positive role (though I am coming to suspect that they did not) but there are other factors at play that most people ignore.
