The president of Haiti, Jovenel Moïse, a pro-Trump conservative was assassinated last week but one key aspect is going unreported.
The two dozen killers got past the 50-100 strong bodyguard without a shot being fired. They showed up in convincing US ATF uniform and the guards not wanting to fight the US Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and perhaps seeing good documentation, lowered their guard long enough to be disarmed by inferior forces.
This has put the cat among the pidgins at the diplomatic level worldwide but they are trying to keep a lid on it.
Jovenel Moïse was fatally shot a dozen times in bed. There were gang related actions done on his body. His wife was also shot several times. She survived and is in a Florida Hospital. If these assassins all got away the world would have seen this as a US assassination on the Haitian President.
It seems while the leaders got away but the bulk of the mercenaries got caught. They underestimated the speed of the Haitian response, particularly the speed of civilians who, by the thousands, closed roads and searched the city.
The mercenaries were mostly Columbian military’s veterans. The translators were American of Haitian decent who knew embassy procedures because they had worked for the Canadian Embassy in Haiti. About half the mercenaries may have been convinced it was an authentic ATF operation.
We do not know how convincing the ATF paperwork or warrant was. Would you know if its a real warrant?
There are previous cases of killers with convincing false flag uniforms and paper work. In the Balkans war in the 1990’s there were several villages wiped out with rape and torture. These mercenary units crossed the front lines with red cross marking and paper work. We know they were not Serbs, Croatians, or Bosnians. Survivors reported them speaking German and English. The Red cross tried to up grade their ID but its still forgeable.
In Africa recently there have been similar events but with UN markings and paperwork. The UN has been forced out of a few countries as a consequence.
The fact that these men got past a Presidential Guard by passing themselves off as US law enforcement is a serious issue and its not being reported in the US press that they used US false flag in the attack. So its up to me to play reporter.

The report is that Biden declined sending troops. Or more likely the joint chiefs pointed out that by claiming to be ATF and DEA to get to the President the assassins’ have made it impossible for any US force to be seen as neutral.
Its looking more and more like most of the Columbians believed it was a genuine US DEA/ ATF operation and had no idea it was the presidential residence.

I don’t think they actually have anyone that can think though their statements. The one thing they can’t say is its a false flag case. We can point to those on 1/6 congress invasion that were false flag (with real flags and the other sides Maga hats). To say it for Haiti is to say it for Washington. The left have captured the White House but they are a bit like the dog that caught the speeding car and can’t safely let go.
that’s exactly correct. this administration doesn’t take any questions and for very good reasons. they can’t lie fast enough to stay ahead of the flo of information.
One report says ATF and another says US Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). It could be both.

Its not uncommon for them to work together so the guards followed the order.
