One in nine Christians in the world today are under persecution. We in the US in times past could say, “We don’t see that here in the US” simply can’t say that anymore. It is upon our doorstep.
As with the fragile single thread which breaks easily at first loop, layer after layer added over time can bind and enslave as well as chains. Let’s not allow apathy, neglect, and a lack of gratitude for just how blessed we have been in the US to blind us to what is happening right now in our country.
They’ve removed prayer from school and then from public gatherings. Biblical principles are scoffed at and laughed to scorn as if the guiding principles of the Ten Commandments weren’t effective in teaching people to live together and thrive in an ever expanding society instead of stealing from and killing one another.
Historical figures are removed from public view as their stories which exist to warn us, to educate us, to guide our footfalls to better paths than events of our early history are removed. Why? So that the same evils can be propagated once again and not recognized as they are organized. The powers behind the pawns rather than the pawns themselves have this goal firmly fixed. They seek first to demonize the culture, then to disarm the populace removing any means of resistance, then to subject those that remain and are helpless to resist their will.
Children are killed in the womb, and once we’ve become numb to that, they begin discussing post-term abortion and infanticide as if it’s a logical progression of “personal choice”. God help you if question the morality of ending the life of a newborn in comparison to un-complicating the life of the woman who’s “obvious choice to control her own body” trumps any consideration of morality. “Morality according to who?” is the arrogant and indignant response with which you’ll be met. They lighted entire cities in pink to celebrate the “enlightenment” of such evil.
The persecution of any moral compass based on any guiding principles, including the tenets of Christ’s Gospel, are under direct assault by those who hate your freedom and your liberty and seek to subject you to their particular version of misery. Your liberty in gathering your own information, reaching your own conclusions, making your own decisions, and speaking freely about your own experience and perspective offends them to their core. In their view, any resistance, any opposing perspective or viewpoint must be put down; with extreme prejudice. Watch their actions…
These oppressive societies and organizations whose agreement and collaboration were spawned in the darkest of places will not stop until freedom fits into the tiny little box that they own and can control. While each separate faction acts not in conscious coordination with the other, their aims are parallel and driven by the same founding darkness.
That darkness knows that to win it only need pull you away from your purpose, your joy, your liberty, and your salvation. If it only can distract you, it wins; you lose. All the little minions in this world that darkness uses against you are just fuel for the darkness to spend en route to your destruction. They are being used and are intended to be cast aside once their usefulness ends. Pray that they wake and realize their lot before we lose our brothers and sisters.
Those who would dictate your obedience to their established ideology, those who worship power wielded through the organization of governments, and those whose power reaches across borders in the form of money which we all use and ties us all together would destroy our liberty and subject us to their selfish purposes.

Dennis Prager says that the existence of God is essential for a moral code. Otherwise it’s only an opinion whether somebody should live or die, or whether they are a slave or are free.
Dennis Prager is a wise man.
The lack of God in a life is how some got to the point of “post-term” abortion; lack of a moral code.

That is exactly right. Looking at the actions of the left, you would think the whole thing is run by evil super-geniuses, but those people are unwitting cogs in the machine. It certainly is all coordinated, but not by beings of this world.
We let this happen on several fronts for a couple of basic reasons:
1) Our eyes have gotten used to the dark
2) Most Christians don’t know what the Bible has to say on many given [important] topics
God places and removes kings, and establishes and eliminates empires. I believe our success has been directly linked to the fact that we have always been Israel’s ally and defender. That’s changing with the latest insertion of socialists and Jewish-hating Muslims into Congress.
As a nation, we have turned our back on God. It started with Roe v. Wade and continued with gay marriage and the defense of ‘anything goes’ rights.
Jesus warned us that we would be hated because of Him. Americans haven’t experienced that hatred until recently because we’ve been protected. But that protection is being taken because of what we accept as ‘normal’ behavior. Satan’s time is short – he knows it – and he’s going to take as many with him as possible or take out those that fight against him. Sadly, we’re still asleep for the most part.
Paul also warned us in Romans that if we don’t repent, He will eventually turn us over to our perversions. His protection is not intended to last forever for those that refuse Him.
Lastly, God’s plan for the Last Days cannot come to pass until we completely embrace globalism. I believe He stayed it for now with the election of Trump. But Trump’s time is short as well – 8 years max. So it will be interesting to see what happens over the course of his time in office and who gets in after him.
