Leftist science is de facto scientism or scientology. Though they proclaim themselves to be all about science, their platform is markedly unscientific. Here are some examples:
-LGBTQ’s claim that gender is just a social construct and the existence of a billion genders, the suppression of male and female in manmals.
-The desire for economically and thermodynamically impossible taking more out of a black box than is put into it. The myth of harvesting energy from closed systems.
-The general hatred of space exploration by wealth redistribution oriented leftists.
-The touting of Jane Goodall but the denial of most normal primate behavior in humans.
-Scientific American’s move toward Marxism, anti-religion, environmentalism, Joe Biden and other issues irrelevant to science.
-Green Party’s abject refusal to look at the numbers on historical to date global temperature, or the fixed 40% efficiency cap on solar, the deforesting and wildlife damages caused by solar farms and wind turbines, or the mining and social costs of a rare earth metals gold rush.
-Suppression of the clear data proving Chinese Communist five year manipulation of SARS Cov-2 genetic code using industry standard splice tags.
-The revival by the left of The Basic Inequality of the Human Races by Comte de Gobineau.
-The belief in race-based cognition.
-Malthusianism.
-Basic misunderstanding of human reproduction.
-Fetishistic pride in (unearned, uncompensated) vaccination herd immunity, dissimilar pride in herd freedom as a member of Western Civilization. Free riders.
-The insistence that “global warming” caused that which was produced by arson.
-The deliberate misunderstanding of the terms automatic and semi-automatic.
-Veganism, which is enforced somewhat scientifically, but based in the superstition of Zoolatry.
-The desire for a planned economy even though it doesn’t work anywhere.
-The injection of social justice into scientifically neutral disciplines such as Math, while fetishizing STEM.
-The belief that you can control thought by controlling a command economy of semiotics, semantics, and language. This is basically “Lefty Markup Language (LML)

If this is true, it is alarming, deserves deeper thought. About 7 years ago I watched on the internet a mainland Chinese newspaper, English version. Over time I became aware of the breath-taking way they could lie, total blindness to what I would take as the meaning of words.
The last few years I have on and off watched “China Uncensored.” It deepened and cemented my dislike of the current Chinese leadership. This leadership could kill hundreds of millions and it would be no more than manipulating some equation. Absolutely no more than that, unless they would be caught doing it. Possibly this is very Communist. Stalin said, the death of an individual is a tragedy, of a million, a statistic.
This leadership, and the ideas that it embodies, are major danger to planet.
Any time it is said “The science is settled!” It is almost certainly not science, but politics. Science constantly evolves as more is learned.
