Excellent commentary, Bill!, as always! Can’t wait to hear Part 2, et.al. Keep up the good fight! We’re in a fight to the death for us to either stay the USA as originally designed or else become a Communist hybrid nightmare of a nation.

If you slip in a false ballot, that’s one bogus vote and it cancels out one legitimate voter. But,, the most sinister way to cheat is the use of the software that changes a Trump vote to a Biden vote. When that happens it is twice as bad.
If you have 20,00 votes that are changed with the software that is in fact a 40,000 vote change. You take away 20,000 from Trump and give them to Biden for a 40,000 vote switch. Thus that cancels out 40,000 voters.
The nation needs to go to a simple paper ballot that is counted by a simple optical scanner with almost no room for error.

Oh yes, and that ballot must be submitted on the FIRST Tuesday of November. The only exception being those who request a registered ballot because they cannot personally get to a polling place such as the military et al.

Here’s an interesting thought on the idea of “the office of the president elect” Why do we tolerate this arrogation? Since its not a government office, crashing joe’s party mid broadcast, by blowing airhorns and waving trump flags is no violation of the law. Perhaps a trespassing charge, surely the fine isn’t all that heavy in Wilmington Delaware. Lets channel our inner SJW, eternally indignant that a conservative speaker has come to campus.
I mean think about this. Politicians, and people generally are drawn to power like a moth to a flame. If it appears as though the will of the people is behind this man, even a supreme court justice (such as say roberts) would hesitate to wager the name of the court on the wrong horse.
If no one publicly (and mercily) mocks the nakedness of this emperor in a visceral and immediately apparent way, (and soon) we may all soon be forced to bend the knee and compliment his clothes.

I am a new member here at Billwhittle.com and I love the information provided. I feel that Bill thinks an awfully lot like I do except that he has the ability to put his thoughts into words more succinctly than I do.
Regarding elections generally, I have a question that I wanted to pose to all who read this. I find this question coming back to my mind over and over.
The question is: Does anyone, besides me, feel that federal elections (President, Senate, and House of Representatives) should not be in the hands of the states like state elections are? Since each State Legislature is responsible for the election laws for their state, and it is clear to me that some states run by Democrats have changed laws leading up to the 2020 election to benefit Democrats, it doesn’t seem right to me that those changes should be able to affect elections that are not specifically for those states. In other words, it seems that the voting procedure (type, timing, counting, etc.) for the President, U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, should be somehow separate from state or local voting and should be controlled at the Federal level. I’m not sure how that would be accomplished without a separate vote, but I’m just wondering what others think about this issue.

The whole point of the electoral college is to hold the presidential election as 50 state elections instead of one national one. That’s to dilute the power of large population centers, forcing candidates to construct broad coalitions that don’t ignore the concerns of lower population areas.

Putting the presidential election in the hands of the central government would wipe that out, just like using the popular vote instead of the electoral college would. There’s no way that the federal government could resist eliminating the nationwide character of the election that the current system creates.

Putting curbs on abuse in place is one thing, surrendering local authority to the feds is something entirely different.

Hello Michael. Thank you for the feedback. You make very good points that I hadn’t considered.

I’m wondering though if the process of voting could be determined federally but the votes from each state are handled on the state level and therefore maintain the electoral college. Are there more limits that could be placed on the states to change voting laws. Perhaps not. But it seems to me that the state legislatures that can change voting laws that benefit a particular side is not a good thing.

It’s just like anything else, states are free to do their own thing until they violate the Constitution. Then the courts can order them to clean up their acts.

Unfortunately, such enforcement is piecemeal, inconsistent, and usually ignored.

It’s like Laura says. When the system was devised, there were divisions along the states every bit as contentious and polarizing as the ones we have today. What Massachusetts wanted was very different than what Georgia wanted. That’s precisely why the system was created the way it was. Today, California is supposed to be able to conduct California business in a manner completely different than the way Texas conducts Texas business, for the same reasons as there were in the days of the Framers.

There will never be a way to make everyone honest. There have always been and will always be cheaters. We have the best system so far devised to deal with human beings in actual reality rather than as measured by some supernatural standard that’s by design impossible to meet. The best we can do is to adjust that system as time goes by so it better deals with everything we continue to learn to be true in the real world.

Maybe what you’re proposing would be better. Maybe not. See what you can do to have it put into effect. Can’t do more than that.

I decided to watch this Firewall on YouTube so I could give it an up-check. In true liberal fashion, YouTube proved Bill’s points by trying to negate what he says about the media trying to influence people. If you look at the bottom of the video, you can see two statements that YouTube decided must be seen by Bill Whittle viewers: that AP called the election for Sleepy Joe, and that the U.S. has “Robust safeguards” in place to protect our elections. I have been a member of this site from the very beginning, going back to their previous show, and will remain a member as long as I possibly can.

Wow! So impressed with how well my money is being spent. You are a National Treasure, Bill. Saw you on American Thinker today in a video interview as part of an article. I had mentioned you in a Comments Section a few days ago as someone conservatives should be following. Hopefully you, Scott and Steve will get more traffic and also many new subscribers. And a fond welcome to the new members and commenters.

No honest American should be comfortable with the level of misinformation, disinformation, and lies that our media have been spewing these last four years. None of us should be “okay” with what is passing for objective news and election coverage. If it doesn’t rankle you right to the bone, you don’t have a moral compass.
Now what are we going to do about it? We try to lead the horses to water… but they’ve been snookered. We need a lot of energy and effort put in to righting this nation – cleaning up the voters databases, setting up sound alternative sources for people to find actual news, alternatives to propaganized education.

We (meaning the people of the United States) brought this on ourselves by tolerating “a little cheating here and there”. This time the election was close enough for a little cheating to make a huge difference and tolerating cheating has come home to roost. And bite us in the ass.

Voter fraud is a felony and it needs to be treated like any other felony whenever and wherever it appears. If we can achieve that end over the current situation we will have genuinely accomplished something.

Kinda like a little snow rolling down the hill becomes a lot of snow if it isn’t stopped… or a little cheating by a spouse eventually becomes a trip to the doctor because of “problems” the other discovers.

Aside from Elect, most media call Biden “Vice President.” Actually, he should be referred to as FORMER Vice President. I agree, nomenclature is important. Just like the truth. I just cringe when they refer to him as either Elect or VP. (He did lose NC electoral votes so he isn’t the ‘winner’ anymore.) Pence should make an issue of this. If President Trump does not prevail, he will be referred to as Former-Ousted-President….if they are nice. Otherwise they will call him Trump…and add a host of demeaning adjectives.

While it’s true that he is the former VP, by courtesy we traditionally address former office-holders by their title, prefixed with “Mr.” or “Madam” (followed by “sir” or “ma’am”). By “address,” I mean when speaking to him. When speaking of him, the reference should definitely include “former.”

Which reminds me of another pet peeve of mine, since Sen. Feinstein (?) ranted at a military officer for addressing her as “Madam Senator” and “ma’am” instead of the politically-correct “Senator.” I have noticed recently that male senators also seem to have lost the traditional courtesy of “Mr.” I am SICK of this STUPID denigration of so-called “sexist” language. There is nothing wrong with distinguishing people by sex. It is more respectful, not less. This is yet another example of leftists getting things exactly backwards, trying to create an inverted reality. I want conservatives to call them on it. I want to hear Sen. Cruz admonishing Mr. Dorsey, not to mention media people, for disrespectfully leaving out the “Mr.”

It’s about title. Call someone Mr. or Miss or Mrs. gives them respect. Call someone by their surname…i.e. ‘Biden, get over here.’…takes that respect away and elevates you above their stature. We can thank the British elite for that…although perhaps France, as well. There are many, many ways to address people of royal birth…whether speaking to or about them.   Servants, always called by their last name, in order to remind them constantly of their low birth, were required to know all the ways to address the visiting Earl or Baroness or foreign Princess. A slip up would be disastrous. 
In the government…your example of Senator Ted Cruz addressing Mr. McCabe…addressing someone by their last name is purposeful. One degrades them that way. Eliminates their respect for them. Just the way the MSM does to President Trump. I have even heard many media people address The First Lady as simply, Melania Trump. Very disrespectful.  

You are correct on all counts. To clarify, I am specifically objecting to Mr. Dorsey and Mr. Zuckerberg addressing Sen. Cruz as “Senator” during their testimony instead of as “Mr. Senator Cruz,” Mr. Senator,” or “sir.”

My pet peeve goes even farther into interviews and talk shows where a guest or fellow-panelist is not addressed as “Mr.” or “Miss” or “Mrs.” Surname (BTW, do NOT call me “Ms.” Just don’t), but as “Given-name Surname.” All this in the name of either excessive de-sexifying the language, or of an anti-title attitude (i.e., American egalitarianism opposed to European aristocracies) taken to such an extreme that we destroy courtesy. I think using someone’s given name without being invited to do so is not just presumptuous but actually rude.

Also, I’d like to clarify that notwithstanding my pet peeves described above concerning courtesy, I am a fan of President Trump’s style, think his Twitter feed is a national treasure, and think all of the people who complain about his brashness (I’m looking at you, Mr. Shapiro) are flat wrong. My pet peeves are about personal interactions, not about political rhetoric.

Great post. The level of criminality and malfeasance going on across the board is hard to believe – unless you’ve been paying attention.
I told friends that Trump would win the election in a landslide, and Tuesday night we were on that path, and then the Communists (let’s start calling them what they are) would steal the election in the most brazen and in your face manner. Because the Communists are fully supported by the tech giants and the MSM.
There is no way we should be sharing a Nation any longer with people that, through choice or ignorance, choose a governing philosophy completely antithetical to the founding philosophy of this Nation. Anyone that thinks Biden is going to be calling the shots, should this fraud escape retribution, is either too stupid or willfully ignorant to be allowed a vote in a Free Nation.
Biden is not President elect, and should this criminality prevail, he will not be my President. I will be ungovernable.

Never await orders from on high. Never blindly accept orders from on high, or from anywhere or anyone else. Know what you are choosing to do, and why you are choosing to do it – because even if it’s an order, you are the one carrying it out, by your choice. Know all this especially if you agree with the orders.

Then, of course, once you are sure of yourself, kick ass.

Not only does the MSM demand they be allowed to steal the country, we are suppose to give it to them without a fight simply because they say they won.

They can all go to HELL!

The question really becomes how can you convince anybody of anything when the very nature of truth, reality, evidence and so on are meaningless against the narrative? Just don’t put too much faith in the law suits.

Great job Bill! While I am not surprised at the quantity of fraudulent claims you were able to point out so succinctly in a 2 minute video and associated tweet, I am surprised at the self assuredness these hucksters can put on while boldly spewing their lies! It is almost as though they believe what they are saying! Also, you should point out that the American public is bombarded by a non stop stream of this propaganda 24X7 (except in a few cases).

It has occurred to me that Hillary Clinton secretly most certainly is bottomlessly angry, mad, pissed off, livid, and I’m not going to make assumptions as to how she manages that inner demon, but I KNOW that IN THE VERY MOMENT that Biden was favored this sham of an election, she realized that she never was, not is, and never will be, a member of this Boy’s Club.
Whether she cares, is another question. She doesn’t have to. She doesn’t hold any particularly patriotic values, and she has a fat bank account. But she NOW KNOWS that she never had a chance at the Presidency. That she was lied to, used, placated, and probably ridiculed, too. But like I said, she doesn’t have to care about any of that.
It all reminds me of a scene from the movie Pulp Fiction, where Marcellus Wallace gives Butch, played by Bruce Willis, a speech about swallowing his pride, after purposely throwing the boxing fight in the fifth round, for a handsome sum of money.
“I think you’re gonna find that when this is all over, you’re going to be one smiling m f’er… At the night of the fight you may feel a slight sting. That’s pride messing with you. F pride! Because a year from now, when you’re kicking it in the Caribbean, you’re gonna say to yourself Marcellus Wallace was right.”
Hillary is kicking it in the Caribbean for having been a good girl. They lied to her, they didn’t have her back, and now she has to watch how they just dragged Biden’s stinky old carcass across the finish line through an astonishingly organized and huge fraud perpetrated on the American people. Amazing.
But this is Satan’s work. Satan never wins. We are about to witness a miracle, with PDJT at the helm, shining the light into a darkness that is inconceivable to 99% of all people. But soon, they will all see. And I can’t wait.

I think what is most scary is how many people take the msm as gospel. Additionally, as long as our “educators “ continue to rewrite history and make the advancement of their agenda the priority; America will be lost I fear.
