I never have time to listen to a podcast (or watch a video) more than once. Too much else to do. Too many other good podcasts to listen to. Bill, you nailed it!!! This is amazing. This is your gift brother! Keep up the great work.

Aww… Bill. I’m so disappointed. N. Carolina class. S. Dakota class. And Iowa class. There was no Washington class. I’m afraid you’ll have to give up your nerd-card for a period. 8^P

This was a very encouraging message. We have certainly suffered a sneak attack which can only succeed if we surrender. As you pointed out, we were prepared for our government to come after us with guns – but let’s not let down our defenses. 25 years ago, Australia bought into the daydream that violence would end if the citizens just gave up their arms. Today Australia is the horror movie of western civilization. No sneak attack required.

There’s something I posted elsewhere that I think is appropriate here.

Something prompted me to start having hopeful thoughts, and it occurred to me that you guys might enjoy this.
The subject was “the financial surveillance state,” with the IRS tracking every transaction of everyone in the US, which is the obvious goal of the $600 red flag. Someone made a remark about how 100 million gun owners might make it a real problem, someone else said that tanks and gunships would make it shooting fish in a barrel. Moreover, “the urban areas will be in support of the totalitarian elites as long as the gravy train keeps running.”
But here’s the rub, and my response:
And when things start to become unavailable *at any price,* because the people who actually produce things refuse to be treated as property?
We’re already seeing that. Southwest Airlines is losing its shirt right now, because they thought they could treat their pilots like serfs, and the pilots decided there was no amount of money and perks that justified putting up with that.
How much damage does it do to an airline’s “gravy train” when they can’t put planes in the sky, *no matter what the inducement?* What does it do to “the gravy train” as a whole when you multiply that across the board, hundreds of companies involving every sector of the economy?
They can tax as much as they like, and print all the monopoly money they choose. And when people decide their yards can be made into food gardens, and that the currency with *real* value is trading for seeds and skills, all the elites will get really desperate really fast ANYWAY.
I know how to make alcohol from compost, biodiesel from cooking waste, and an electric generator from an old car alternator. I’m willing to bet that not only does Joe Biden not know how, he doesn’t even *know* anybody who does. I seriously doubt he even knows anyone who could figure it out *given a book on the subjects.* That’s not how they think. In their world, goods come *from shops,* not from skills.

I’ve been thinking about this, too. I have tagged it #WithdrawConsent. The government serves by consent of the governed. We’ve about had it with them. We withdraw consent by not complying with their edicts. Southwest Airlines, FAA air controllers, health workers, cops, solders, sailors, airmen and Marines, and new groups join the walkout almost daily.
#WithdrawConsent. It will definitely get their attention. Question is, will they buckle or double-down? I’m betting on doubling down.

My reply back:
They can try. But just as an example, there are about 3.5 million truckers in this country. I don’t know how many of them have gotten the jab. I suspect most consider it unnecessary, considering that extreme social distancing is their normal daily routine. Those that have are likely to be in situations like mine, where my 82-year-old mother-in-law, who is immune compromised and has other serious health problems, lives in the same house with my wife and me. If my wife or I get COVID, it’s likely as not to be an annoyance, albeit possibly a severe one. If mom gets it, she almost certainly dies.
That’s why I got the jab, not because anyone told me to. But okay, if Biden demands that every trucker in the US get the jab or get fired, what happens if even as few as half a million of them walk out? Personally I’d expect closer to 1.5 million. The supply chain crisis immediately becomes a food and fuel shortage, that’s what happens, and anything less essential than food and fuel becomes flatly unavailable at any price. You may also have people like me, who just might walk out along with them as a matter of principle, vaxxed or not.
So what are they going to do? Force us at gunpoint to drive trucks? Good luck with that. Watch me spend 5 hours just getting out of DFW metro, because I suddenly forgot how the accelerator works. Watch me have a rash of breakdowns, because belts, hoses, and anything else that can be seriously damaged with nothing but a pocket knife and 2 seconds work suddenly go bad at an amazing rate. Watch me suddenly forget that if you happen to mix DEF in with the diesel, you’ll end up having to replace the entire fuel system, from tank to injectors, and might end up sending the whole truck to the scrapyard.
If you decide to get into an asshole contest with me, you’ll be unhappy when it’s my turn. I promise.
Note: The truck driving profession is hardly unique in this respect. Imagine the damage IT people could do. Imagine the damage accounting people could do. Imagine the damage customer service people could do.
Pick a profession, nearly any profession. If it’s people who make well over minimum wage, you can get seriously horrified once you start thinking about what would happen if they rebelled.

Clausewitz called it the culmination point, that point in a battle in which the sum total of the friction of battle overcomes the power of the attacker. At that point continuing the attack courts disaster. The Germans ironically practically made it doctrine to push past the culmination point: Operation Micheal, Moscow, Stalingrad, and El Alamein. I’m starting to hope that the progressives are reaching their culmination point. There may still be a Briansk or a Kasserine in our future, but I hope that enough Americans are now aware of what’s going on that we win in the long run.

Bill – one of your best ever. The image of the Arizona against its newer offspring I had never seen before.
You need to use your contacts and get on Beck and Travis / Sexton and talk about this.
Oh, and be ready to take some serious flak because I think they will come for you again.

Ok picture this…from the movie “The Longest Day” 1962 I think, a German soldier one day, a routine day, spies upon much to his astonishment, a massive wave of allied ships invading Normandy, he seems shocked in disbelief and his initial warnings go unheeded I think….as crazy as it sounds, now imagine somewhere off the California coast, another soldier maybe or really anyone also spies an ominous sight, a massive armada of ships closing in and what isn’t realized at that second, those ships are full of Chinese soldiers, 500,000 or so and how the hell did this happen? Well we have people in charge of the military who are more concerned with white rage and there’s a trans 4 start Admiral and they’re more concerned with not hurting feelings and they just want to let those poor Chinese migrants in because gosh, aren’t we a swell country? They just let them in and even when the thousands of bodies pile up and the coast is awash in blood, American blood, we can’t really fight back because well that’s just racist and xenophobic. Sounds insane? Go on, make a liar out of me and convince me that can never happen.

Great essay, Bill.
In between public administration courses, I’m working on ideas for Republic 2.0. I’m essentially trying to design our second fleet.
Keep up the good fight!

The biggest weapons in the arsenal of the Second Fleet is Alertness and Diligence. Just like Jonesey, the Sonarman on the ‘Dallas’ in Hint for Red October said, “Yes sir…..now that I know what to listen for, I’ll bag him”

Alright!
Y’all haven’t said it yet!
I shared this episode in all the groups I could under the title of…
The Woke have Awakened a Sleeping Giant!

Thank you Bill: We can’t be beaten, we can only lose if we surrender.
Do Not Comply (do not surrender). That strategy/tactic is easier in a Republican state, certainly. But even in at-this-time-Republican Governor-Montana, we still have Democrat politicians trying to convince us to surrender. Just last week our Democrat Federal Senator John Testor attended a “guns are bad” meeting in our local library. It will be a fight wherever you live.

I’ve lived and worked in Montana. I worked for a company out of Missoula, a long time ago. I’m not doubting you one bit but it’s hard to believe that an anti-gun Democrat could get enough traction to be elected in Montana.

How do you think this came about? Was it more from an influx of people from Blue States or have the Children of Montana been deceived and changed sides?

I’m sure it’s a combination of those and other factors but I’d be very interested to hear your thoughts on this.

I’m not saying that it’s always been impossible for a Democrat to get elected in such a place. I’m from a northern tier state too that like Montana has mining unions and such. It’s been a long time since I lived there too but the Democrats elected were not anti-gun types as a rule. They were “Blue Dog” Democrats; pro-gun, pro-law enforcement, pro-military, pro-strong America, pro-patriotism people. They were still Democrats but they were Democrats that cared about the country and could be reasoned with.

Who opposed the socio-cultural revolution from within the Democrat Party. They were the types that kept the Democrat Party from going off the deep end and didn’t consider themselves to have much in common with Democrat Californians or Democrat New Yorkers.

Those Blue Dog Democrats are very nearly all gone now. They have been slowly and quietly replaced by the operations of the Democrat Political Machine. Replaced with little Democrat robots that will march in lock-step with the orders of people like Nancy Pelosi.

There appear to be only two of them remaining in the Senate. Kyrsten Sinema and Joe Manchin. I’m not saying I like any particular Democrat, I’m just pointing out that there seem to be damn few of them that care enough about the nation and their own constituency to take reasonable positions on their side of the aisle.

There will always be Democrats, even if their party is destroyed in the Culture War they will re-emerge either as a weakened Democrat Party or under some other name. So we’re going to need those Blue Dogs and be should be careful not to destroy them utterly.

So all of that said, it really blows my mind that a rabidly, openly anti-gun Senator even could get elected in Montana.

Manchin is probably still a Blue Dog – I think the current fight by him is mostly due to the anti-energy stance of the Bozo administration hurting the economy of WVa so thoroughly.
Sinema strikes me as someone who just likes being courted. I think she is feasting on the power that comes from being the lone hold out.
But this also raises the question of how a MT-D senator could be supporting this huge green energy / socialism first 4,000 Billion dollar fiasco. What is he getting out of it since clearly he is not representing his state’s interests.

I hope you’re right, but what I haven’t figured out yet is how we will ever free states like my home state Colorado, where Dominion Voting Systems has one of their two major headquarters, and where the systems are mandated to be used in every election down to the local level.
Edit: I’m actually hoping someone has some ideas about this. Not just complaining. It’s a real problem that needs to be solved

Great analysis Bill…. it’s great to see that you have your mad-on… you were sounding depressed in a few previous pods… many of us take our cues and form our opinions on sources such as yours, Ben Shapiro, Dan Bongino, Joe Rogan and many others…. What I really enjoy about your site is the analysis and insight that you, Scott and Steve bring to the table… Keep it up guys.

Beautiful! What a contrast to the limp-wristed, incompetent, corrupt buffoons we are being “led” by.
