Things that do not exist

Yesterday it was reported that a young man had killed his entire family including his sister who was pregnant, he is also being charged for the death of the baby.  Wait, Wha? I thought abortion (murder) is okay even up to birth!  Oh I get it, an unborn child is only a child if the mother wanted it. Otherwise it does not exist.

Portugal this morning announced it would legalized euthanasia for people that want medical help to die, otherwise known in a simpler time as murder. In this modern world gone mad the aged and sick are only to be healed if it is wanted, otherwise the sick and aged do not exist and are to be exterminated upon demand.  Wait, wha? What if the person was coerced?

The Democratic Socialist Party announced today they have only two concerns, climate and race, wait, wha? What about the economy?   Climate as a vehicle for taxation and population reduction all in the name of safety and concern for the public, however, informed people see the repeating pattern of “Kindness through Force,” a pathway to either pull money from people or exterminate them. But this repeating pattern of history does not exist.

One has only to briefly scratch the surface of man’s short existence on this planet and realize that as each urban area reaches the zenith of what is considered “Civilized” that it is precisely where he becomes uncivilized. And when these truths become too much to bear, they are simply wiped off the computers, they do not exist.

Choosing suicide is for the individual to decide. It is not murder or even murder on demand. My life belongs to me. Should I decide I’ve had enough of it then it belongs to me to end it. Not a single law making suicide illegal has prevented suicides. Forcing a person in genuine suffering, and who is terminal, to continue to suffer and stay alive FOR YOU is as selfish and cruel as it gets.

BTW, when the last person who remembers anything about you dies, it is the same as you having never existed anyway. This is a fact that has been repeated trillions of times.

No one is “forcing you to stay alive” by refusing to help kill you. That’s like “forcing a woman to stay pregnant” – generally she will stay pregnant for 9 months if no action is taken.

I would argue that suicide, by definition, is chosen only under duress. Your example of a terminally ill person in extreme suffering is a good example.

Why do we try to talk people off of ledges instead of giving them a helpful push? They are crying for help, so let’s help alleviate the problem that’s leading them there rather than help hustle them down the path to their premature demise.

The fact that people who attempt suicide and survive often report regretting their decision the very moment after they jump, for instance, would indicate that we ought not be so hasty to “assist” someone. You can always die later, no one ever got stuck alive forever.
