You do not need to read the US constitution to know the President has those rights. It is in almost all the worlds constitution. Ya just can’t do it any other way! The name changes in some cases: prime minister, governor, chairman, etc but the final executive authority can’t lie with a committee that may take three days or three years to decide.
I blame the laziness of average Americans, who doesn’t bother to search out accurate information. They will believe what people in power say, whether it is truthful or not.
The people in power have used this knowledge to their fullest advantage. They can lie and obfuscate without challenge from the Useful idiots.
The uninformed voter will be our undoing.
The catch is that when people do search and publish the left media just call it a Q anon conspiracy and rant about some non-existent Q anon mad bomber.

If there was no crime, and the Mueller team found no crime, then how can you obstruct the investigation? I agree with Bill that the Left is going to keep doing this until they find out that PDT actually stole someone’s lunch money before he was sent off to military school. Sorry for the run on sentence. I watched Rep Schiff this morning cut back at the Republicans about the fact that he, Schiff, should resign. He spouted all of the B$ that has been going through the media for the past 3 years. He will not accept that they lost. And because the MSM will not stop speculating on all of this, it will never go away. I doubt that when the Mueller report comes out anyone of these losers will change their stripes, or apologize to the American people, and the world for what they have done to the President.

I do understand. The chattering class pretends that it is the seriousness of the charge that counts. Evidence is not required and is considered irrelevant. The person charged is considered automatically guilty as charged and all that needs to be determined is the method of execution. That way, they don’t have to think or investigate or make just judgements. All they have to do is feel.
How can you obstruct prosecution of a crime that did not happen? There is nothing to obstruct.
