Trump Declares National Emergency to Stop Armed Invasion

President Donald Trump declares a national emergency to stop what he calls an armed invasion. Democrats, and more than 13 states attorneys general, say it’s unconstitutional. How else can Trump get what he promised the American people?

First, these lawsuits will never go anywhere because funds have not been allocated from the military budget. It is the sequence of the allocations that holds the key to this whole thing. First, Trump will use funding allocated by Congress in the budget deal. Second, he will use funding from criminal confiscations. Only after those funds have been exhausted will he use military funding from the national emergency declaration. Listen to episode 918 of the Dan Bongino show on YouTube. He lays it all out. Also, the website lawfare lays this out well.
