Bloomberg is obviously investing a lot of money into his presidential bid, but he previously invested a lot of money to anti-gun efforts that appeared to have little or no effect. Is this evidence that political positions can’t be moved by money (at least in most cases)? Is this why the left focuses on controlling education systems?

Is Elon Musk this generation’s Buckaroo Banzai? Without the rock band? Polymath success doing what he thinks is right, charting his own course, changing the future of humanity…?

Any thoughts on how to prevent activist judges from thwarting the will of the people (overturning California’s Proposition 8, for example) not to mention things like a single judge in Hawaii blocking Trump’s immigration executive order?

Maybe a Firewall on the ramifications of Marbury vs Madison (regarding “judicial review”) is in order.

One of the most fundamental issues of the last election is not being discussed in any places I’m aware of. The election of Trump (and of Chairman Zero before him,) presented the clearest possible argument for (much) smaller government. Put simply to TDS leftists: “if you hate the guy who got elected so much and think he is damaging the country so badly, why do you believe in a system of government that lets this happen?” We conservatives absolutely detested the criminal traitor Zero, so we understand a lot of how the left has felt for the last 3 years. The office of the President should not wield so much power, no matter how much we like what Trump is doing. Likewise, the federal government should ideally be about 5% of the size it is now. This argument – using their hatred of Trump to present a case for small government is not being used precisely when it is the perfect time to make it. Do you agree, and if so, how would you elaborate on it?

Are you familiar with Klavan’s “Trump Happiness Montage?” Aside from its inherent delightfulness, I was wondering if the “Yay!!” yell in it (once in the middle and once at the end) might be one of those Sound Editor bits like the one you’ve mentioned before of the guy falling that gets put into almost every movie. Even if it’s not, do you recognize it?

You stated last time that Joaquin Phoenix is the current best actor. I recall years ago when he went on Letterman and did what we found out later was essentially performance art. Acting crazy and mumbling incoherently.

Here is my hypothesis to you.
AOC – her entire persona of really stupid air head is all performance art created by the group that got her to run for congress. She is there to be the court jester and distract us from the real work being done by Pelosi and Schiff.

Discuss!

***Just Kidding*** She is a complete dolt.
