Why are we so afraid to use their logic against them, and show how rediculous it all is?
First – This was an outstanding episode, Well Done Alphonzo and Bill!
2nd. The idea that the Civil War of 2021 would be as bad as the Civil War of 1860 —that is an assertion, not a fact. I don’t believe this assertion for the following reasons:
1. The stadiums of young people shouting F*k Biden shows that the young folks know who’s really the Bad Guy. Are they going to fight to support Biden?
2. Even in California, the attacks on Larry Elder were so rare that Gorilla Girl, Nazi Boy, and the Missed Egg were broadcast all over because they were the only militant supporters of Biden/Newsom the media could find.
3. None of the ex-US military I know support Biden. Biden’s Afghanistan disaster will not impress any current troops; he left Americans to die, and the troops know that. Are they going to fight to support the man who’s killed Americans?
4. While its true that Gen. Milley has imposed CritRaceTheory on the troops, I’ve heard of no evidence the current troops buy it or would fight to support it.
5. The true number of Biden voters is much much smaller than the true number of Trump voters. This is proved by the audits and canvasing of voters. The Civil War of 2021 would not be an equal fight.
In conclusion, based on the above, my opinion is that the 2021 civil war would be short, with casualties to be sure, but not with massive casualties. I’m willing to stake my life on that.
Ok, but how many people stood up — not for a war, but just for small things like keeping their gym open against the unconstitutional edicts? I recall only a handful cases. This is not Discworld where the 1 to million chances work out 9 times out of ten.
There was a supposedly major protest today in Melbourne with clash and many cops put to hospital. Wow. Then looking into the numbers turns out there were 2000 cops and 700 protesters. in the 5+ Mil city. Wow retracted (except for those 700 at least trying to show some Sparta spirit.)
Why do you assume Newsom “won” the recall? Why don’t you ever talk about voter fraud? Nothing has changed here in CA since the 2020 election. In fact the opportunities for fraud have expanded. I have seen democrats “win” overnight (sound familiar?) for years now. I remember the first time it happened in my county. Ask the residents of Oregon and Washington what happened to their elections when they went to all mail in voting several years ago. No one with a brain trusts these “elections” anymore.
We did talk about it a lot. But talk is just hot air. N. remains in power and continue the shit he does. And if the 2022 and 2024 elections are allowed to go down like that, so will the other dems.

I don’t agree with some parts, especially the method they estimated URF and its general usage, but there are plenty of good points.
HIPAA regulations were used extensively by the HIV susceptible crowd to prevent anybody from even asking if you might perhaps be of the population who were most likely to carry or pass the AIDS virus. Have they forgotten that so quickly? My ciompany, and certainly not complete strangers do not have a right to ask of my personal health status. Perhaps they would be willing to reveal to me their own health status on several other levels of which I have greater fear. Can I ask if they have been tested for AIDS? Measles( rising lately)? TB (also coming back)? I could go on. Furthermore, if it is a restaurant, I might want the same for all the staff who will be serving me, and preparing my food. Can I find out if all of your kitchen staff is legal?
As one wag recently put it, “Can we claim to be trans-vaxxed?” Why not?

We’re often baffled by the obvious hypocrisy and double standards of the Left. As we should be, because that is irrational, inconsistent behavior. Irrational, inconsistent behavior can not be countered by logic and reason or else it would not occur in the first place.
So we’re missing something here.
There is a kind of pseudo-logic that the left uses, we just don’t understand it. Their logic, which they believe supersedes all other logic, is based on a couple very simple premises …
Examples —
#1 … We can ignore things like Freedom of Religion even if they’re codified in our most basic law from which all other laws derive their authority. We can take away or dilute your freedom of religion if we can get enough people to agree with us. Then replace it like we did with a freedom to buy cakes and confections from people who cite their religion as a reason not to sell to us.
The religious baker then has his right to his conscience supplanted by the right of someone to entrap him and ruin his life.
We can do this by inventing a shiny brand new “civil right” that gives some people rights that others do not have. We don’t even need to use the existing mechanism for changing that foundational law, we don’t need to change any existing law at all. Once we control enough judges we can just do it and then start right away with enjoying the destruction of people we don’t like. When they whine about being destroyed for no good reason we just smugly declare “They deserved it because they’re bad people.”
#2… Nancy Pelosi not wearing a mask to a hair salon. Nancy Pelosi and guests not wearing mask at her fundraiser but making the hired help mask up. Gavin Newsome at the French Laundry restaurant. Lori Lightfoot racially discriminating against white media people. General Mark Milley taking it upon himself to collude with an enemy military because he doesn’t like this Commander in Chief. Etc. This one is pretty obvious and there are so many examples it’s impossible to name them all.
#3… Biden ignores Trump’s “stay in Mexico” policy and other border control measures resulting in the worst crisis at our southern border in US history. Justice Department refuses to enforce DOMA. The orderly withdrawal of troops and Americans from Afghanistan already underway and proceeding according to safe, reasonable conditions thrown to the wind resulting in catastrophic lethal chaos and the arming of a major terrorist system with our own weaponry. Inability to re-jigger the tax code rapidly enough to pay for socialist schemes countered by the government printing more money and “spending it into existence” which brings on raging inflation in a very short time. Etc.
So… Ok … There’s the problem defined. What can we do about it short of Civil War and mass executions? If you think things are bad and getting worse rapidly then you ain’t seen nothin’ yet if you try to do that.
How do we stop this train before it wrecks? What can we do to counter this dangerous pseudo-logic that the Left has adopted? Where is the kill switch to this phenomena?
Hint: It’s taken decades to get here and this problem is not going to be solved rapidly. Most of the people who read this on this forum will not be alive to see it resolved. The best we can hope for right now is to resist the worst of it and hope to preserve as much as we can coming out the other end. What steps can we take to truncate the bad, avoid complete collapse and hasten the good?
The orders of tyrants are illegitimate. Tyrants use the law of force compliance (threats and coercion) to enforce their illegitimate orders. Legitimate laws are followed willingly. Illegitimate laws will not be followed. Unite in non-compliance to illegitmate orders and unconstitutional laws.
The so called vaccines were supposed to prevent infection, they don’t! They were supposed to prevent transmission, they don’t! The vaccine was supposed to remain at the injection site, they don’t! When it was revealed in the science that these vaccines don’t do any of the things they were supposed to do, they changed the story.. “The vaccine will prevent severe disease and hospitalization”, but the latest data from both Isreal and the UK shows that the vast majority of severe infections leading to hospitalization are in fully vaccinated people! So, as far as I can tell, the vaccines subject people to a lot of risk (neurological damage, heart inflammation, clotting problems, death,etc) , with little or no benefit. The science also says that people who have recovered from Covid, like me, are between 14 and 40 times less likely to be re-infected, and if reinfected, they have much better outcomes (because the human immune system is very effective against and antigen it has seen before!) It isn’t and has never been about public health or safety. If it was, they wouold be telling people to take vitimin D and other suplements as well as exercising, having a good diet, getting good sleep, and avoiding stress… but they don’t do that. They don’t even care about immunity, they only care that people comply! Just like gun control has nothing to do with guns and everything to do with control, this health crisis has nothing to do with health and everything to do with wealth and power… It makes me sick!
Just because the vaccine-related data got skewed in many ways and lot of lying applied, we should not go into the same practices for the other extreme.
For the folks in the danger group the vaccines did in fact reduce the risk by a lot. And were never supposed to save everybody outside the propaganda.
Plenty reports on the drastic post-vaccination problems are also fishy, and just fall into the post hoc ergo propter hoc problem.
The real big problem I see is around all the lying and medical malpractice in general — the lack of informed consent plus bullying.
TANSTAAFL. Every vaccination, including the old and well-known ones have their risks. Also, the effect relies on the body developing immune response to have effect later, and it can be sabotaged by a number of ways. And there is a “negative phase” for several days after the vaccination, when you’re vulnerable to any infection. Including the one you’re vaccinated against, and the protection takes time to emerge. When you push population to mass vaccination, that is supposed to be on posters all around the countries and appear in ads. Along with the usual “ask your doc” that is mandatory on medicine ads.
Interesting, that I see not a single country doing it the proper way. Though it may be just news of that fall pray.
It suddenly hit me that the whole agenda of the Left is to make slaves out of all of the populous. Everybody, except the elite, will be enslaved and do as they are told, period!
This is the open return of the teachings of the KKK. How can they preach “White Privilege” when most of the Elite are white?
I find it amazing that the policies and politicians that brought back bubonic plague are ignoring that and lading the population with measures they claim to be health related.
If you’re so worried about health, California, then you might want to tamp the plague back down before you do anything else.

It’s interesting, that what fauxi tells HAS an element of truth behind it. This chain of though doed apply to the case when you have a virus with chance of eradication (that depends mostly on its natural reservoirs, i.e. flu virus will be around as long as we have birds), and a strong vaccine that actually stops replication.
For some reason F does not take the next step, facing that 1/ while I didn;t see conclusive evidence, from the story this far the chance that covid has ways to get preserved is overwhelming, and 2/ those popular sub-unit vaccines already proven to not stop the replication, just slow it down.
So if f. looks for the effect he talks about that would require a different strategy, and at the least different vaccines.
I hope what the other doc says will remain theory. Yes, the chance is there. Naturally and over a few years time it should be small enough to not manifest.
OTOH, we already saw that some people like to play god — it’s not at all hard to help in and create such virus in a lab. All the tech exists and shouldn’t be even hard to obtain. Let’s pray that the peopleware will remain the missing part.
What worries me is when this goes beyond civil disobedience and people start lashing back. I’m actually surprised that some p*ssed off California resteraunters haven’t vandalized or done worse to The French Laundry. When that starts there will be a backlash and things will quickly spiral out of control . Here’s to hoping that I’m wrong and that day never comes
IMHO at this point people staying sheep looks like the bigger danger both for present and future.
At some point, we have to take that stand people. I will not be forced, coerced or bullied into this. I know I’m the minority in this vaccine stuff and some of you may be. We really need people that did get the jab to stand up for people that do not want it. Hold these control freak politicians accountable.
A local college here over the Summer stated that their nurses were not going to be required to get the jab. 3 weeks after the Fall semester started, the school then told them to get the “vaccine” or they can’t be in the Nursing program any longer. Completely pulled the rug out from under them….the very people trying to help treat patients and this pandemic. Many of these nurses quit their jobs to focus on this intense curriculum and now left holding the bag. Some took the jab, others dropped out of the Nursing program.
1-tell me how this is fair to them and not a breach on contract (I’m not a legal expert) …

I’m one of those people who got both jabs (and went through H*ll to get them. It was a grueling process) because that was my choice. I’d be tempted to refuse to show my status in solidarity. Their body, their choice. ( Gee, where have I heard that before?) And what about those who can’t get it due to medical issues? I thought about that way back when this started. Then it became personal. My wife, who had never had vaccine issues beforehand nearly died after one Moderna shot. (Kidneys shut down. 3 weeks in hospital, 4 weeks on dialysis.)Two doctors say that another would kill her. They reported it, and have no idea how to get a “passport” exemption. FYI. 2 things I learned later. 1) Kidney issues were an adverse effect from the shot for multiple people. 2) The CDC ” Did not recommend” the shot for people who had auto immune diseases. Like fibromyalgia. That my wife has. No verbal warning was given about that. Might have gotten it anyway, but the choice was removed by withholding of facts.
