One thing I’ve thought about all of this is that one of the main ways we’re going to defeat the media is through Lawfare. Nicholas Sandmann is the model. I know we as a group tend to dislike lawsuits, but I think it’s one of the main tools we have specifically against the media.

Whilst I’m a big fan of Lawfare (I have a copy of Kurt Schlichter’s ‘Conservative Insurgency’ sitting on the shelf behind me) I am a little concerned that with the recent response from the Supreme Court to Texas, this may no longer be a viable route to get the necessary changes needed to put the US back on track.
Lawsuits like the ones filed to reveal election fraud? Lawsuits filed to deem lockdowns as unconstitutional? Lawsuits filed on behalf of victims of sex trafficking & pedophile honey traps? Those kind of lawsuits?
Not picking on you or trying to be a “downer”, but if the judicial system is corrupt (probably not everywhere) then how is this a workable strategy?
So maybe a person lives in a state or town that’s not completely corrupt. Great. May work for them. What about the cost of a lawsuit?
After 10 months of lockdowns and people losing their jobs and businesses, do they have the resources to go to court, pay a lawyer, etc.?
I really would like some suggestions/ideas on how/if we can use the “justice” system.
I also think Bill was right when he talked about “they know us better than we know ourselves”. They expect us to go the “justice” way because that’s how we’re wired.
At this point I just don’t know how to proceed other than “going gulch”.

To add a second prong to the attack, if it is possible, prevent vacancies at all levels of the Federal Court System from being filled as they open up.
Load down the people on the bench with nonsense (if it takes 30 minutes to throw a case out, send them 16 cases a day they have to spend 30 minutes each throwing out.
Wear them out! Give them the power they want, but then wear them out. Make fewer and fewer of them do more work they do not want to do.
They need to know they have bitten off more than they can chew, so feed them too much, and watch them gag on their food.
It’s an Asshole Move I suggest, but there are too many Assholes on the bench who eat the Polite alive.
Check out the House.gov site and look at all the judges they confirmed in Dec. alone.
Not sure how to block judicial sittings.
Each case requires a lawyer, hence $$$. Or time for a layperson to try and do it themselves.
Maybe if we had a lawyer draw up a template, or everyone buy a software to crank them out. ???
The House and Senate have ways to block judicial appointments.
The Democrats proved that, and left a boatload of them for Trump to fill.
As to cost, you can spend money on Netflix shows that insult you in very way possible, or you can spend it funding lawsuits that clog of the courts to teach the judges the limits of their competence.
We’ve always had that choice.
The old comparison, and this one really resonated, was how much do you spend on cigarettes that you could be spending on something far more worthwhile.
